If I could have given no stars I would. The charge nurse Ryan actually got in my sick husbands face and verbally assaulted him. Hes lucky we didnt call the cops. Dont take anyone you care about to this hospital

The absolute worst hospital I’ve ever been to in my life I went to the ER at this hospital with severe chest pains. I’m 33 yrs old not a good feeling to have at that age I explained the situation they ran chest Xrays EKG drew 5 viles of blood. They couldn’t find anything. I said do I have covid or perhaps maybe a horrible flu? She said yeah maybe. Also u could have Pneumonia. Nothing more was said to me. No more test ran or anything else she just decided to send me home with a prescription of ibuprofen 800???? Fast forward the very next day. I’m at home and My chest pain is worsening hour by hour I’m coughing more my body is freezing I’m shaking. I’m not a doctor but I know I have the flu or something similar. So I go to the ER again. Explain the situation again but tell them that I have the flu or pneumonia or something similar. And it’s getting worse really fast They still proceed to do another EKG. And sent me back to the waiting room. They would not let my wife come in she had to stay outside for over two hours I waited to be seen during that time every hospital worker from registered nurses to technicians to the little lady at the front desk when you come in was on their personal phones the whole time Instagram facebook tic tok you name it Never once was any patient in the waiting room asked if they were ok or if there is anything that they can assist to make their experience better. It was all about them and what was on their phones it’s like they were just going through the motions until they get off work I waited for over two hours finally I could not take it anymore and walked out. Nobody even noticed I walked out because they were all on their phones. I do not recommend this hospital. This is supposed to be the future of our healthcare system to grow learn and progress and to the best healthcare provider that you can be but when you have young adults that don’t care about anything but shopping and FB profiles and tic toks and are just going through the motions it becomes a scary situation to put your trust and life into I hope they can get it together

If I could give this hospital less than 1 star then I would take the time to go to a different hospitals. Absolutely terrible nurses NASTY RUDE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Told us “to quit calling them because it’s not fair to them to come check on one patient all the time” they’re too busy with eating their snacks and gossiping about patients.

Currently been here almost a week and up until tonight had good care. Tonight have a nurse named Dorothy who has been nothing but absolutely rude. Lied to me about meds. I had asked for the charge nurse several times stating that I’m uncomfortable with this woman coming into my room and no one will come and talk to me. Every time I call she comes in extremely rude doesn’t even speak to me. I can’t believe that no one will listen to my concern because this “nurse” obviously has an issue with me.

Let me tell you what I DO LIKE about NEG specifically Braselton. 1. The primary care doctors actually care about their patients. 2. The OBGYN doctors are fantastic when it comes to surgeries and 3. The facility is absolutely beautiful. That is why I gave it two stars. Now onto why if your love one does become severely sick you should NEVER let them go to NEG Braselton 1. There is no communication whatsoever. Even if you ARE the power of attorney AND the healthcare proxy you will be in the dark about the status of your love one. If you are not constantly checking on your love one the staff will neglect them because the hospital is short staffed. You will be LUCKY if you call the hospital number and be transferred to the actual nutrition taking care of your love one. They will discharge your love one without providing them the necessary things that will ensure they remain out of the hospital. I totally understand that during these times of Covid the workload in the hospital is very strenuous however when the hospital enforces a rule that NO FAMILY can remain with the patient even if they are the intensive care unit the least they can do is try to calm the situation by not discarding the caretakersfamily members unable to be at the sick family members side

Joy And Mrs.Kerri went above and beyond you have some that are just ordained for this and it is them . This is a wonderful hospital 🏥👏. GOD BLESS THESE HANDS in this Hospital .

The nurses and midwife were absolutely amazing The staff was super accommodating for our needsrequests. I had to wait to leave my review and give it some thought. Initially I was at 4 stars because the fathersupport person is basically nonexistent to the staff. This is not their fault as they are focused on the mother as she is the patient. It’s very nice they have a good cafeteria for the dadsupport person because we receive no fooddrinks with our stay. My expectations were set from our first child which we had at a hospital in FL where meals were also provided for the dadsupport person All of this being said they provided 5 star care to Mom and our new baby and they should not be dinged for my previous experience at a different hospital in another state. They treated Mom great and were so extremely helpful regarding her care. Just wanted to share our experience and hopefully set a good expectation for the dadssupport persons reading this. I cannot stress enough how wonderful the staff was to Mom. Thanks again everyone
