Dr Sutandi is SUPER thorough and he explains everything clearly to make sure I know exactly what's going on. Very rare these days. I never feel rushed or like he's annoyed!
Very calm, attentive, and helpful.
Very professional, takes time to answer all questions. Calm, soft spoken, respectful. Not sure what happened with other reviewer but my experience thus far with him has been good!
I'm happy with this dr, he gives lot of good advice and is very informative. He is a very nice dr and I would give this dr almost full stars. So far so good. I feel fairly happy that I am in his care but of course in my case he is still a fairly new Dr to me since I have only seen him twice, but each time he has addressed all my concerns and any issues I have had. Good so far
After using the practice for over a year for OB, I was assigned a new MD for a GYN problem. The MD plan of action turned out to be wrong when the ER and another local practice (used because condition was not getting better) ran test and diagnosed the issue. I had to use the ER twice because the practice can not see you in a timely manor even if you are have so much trouble you can not walk or sleep. Also when the ER call the practice to make them work me in, the first thing the lady said was that I had not paid for a appointment that I had not showed up for. I quickly pointed out for the third time that I had cancelled the appointment when I had gone in a week earlier. She checked the record, found their error and worked me in. This finally did correct this record keeping error that the office could not get straight for 3 months. He saw me that day and told me his plan of action that was wrong. I received a call a few days later to discontinue my medication and go get the new one at my pharmacy. After he got up to speed and condition has been resolved with the appropriate medication, I came in for the scheduled followup and he apologized for the lack of personal contact to deal with that communication on medication change. I wanted to know if this had been a problem for the entire four months so I asked if the test that caught the condition was run on the 1st visit 4 months ago. He became defensive and said that he would have done his plan of action this way again even given the results. OK, doesn't seem wise, but his call. He went on for 20 minutes about his experience and how he was the doctor. Others (ER and another office) proved him wrong and I never said that I was question his care, just wanted to know how long that the condition had been present. His behavior was unprofessional at best during the 20 minutes Later, he came back in and said that it had been run by the ER and was negative. It would of been nice if he just said that to begin with. He then said that he no longer want to continue caring for me since he was not meeting my needs. When I ordered records, he had written all kind of negative non medical comments in the record. In addition, he forgot to do the follow up testing so I had to schedule and pay for an additional visit to another MD in the practice. When I went in the new MD was rude and did not want to complete the office visit. What I did not realize, was he meant discontinue with the entire practice and not just him. So much for asking for information about your own care, expecting continuity of care, or even appropriate behavior and charting. I will have to find a good MD now to continue routine care, but this Jerk has written untruths in the chart to make that difficult. The OB experience with the MDs and midwifes was great, but when anybody in this practice screws up, the patient is made to pay for it. Legal action is being evaluated. Patient should BEWARE of this practice for care due to misdiagnosis and negative nonprofessional behavior by MDs.
When Dr. Sutandi was practicing in Ohio, he was fabulous. Great bedside manners, took his time with you and answered questions thoroughly. I'm having a tough time replacing him and wish he and Dr. Cha would come back to Ohio!
Very knowledgeable and informative, with a great patient-doctor mannerism. Does his research on you before he comes in the room and even if its been years acts like he remembers everything about you.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
