Everyone there is caring and helpful. Dr. B is Number 1. He did surgery to remove my stimulator and I am doing fine. The shots in my neck are wonderful! God bless you all!

Caring friendly staff

Was supposed to have this procedure under anesthesia but the anesthesiologist didn’t do her job. The procedure without anesthesia was very painful. After the Dr was done the anesthesiologist said she couldn’t give me more because I quit breathing several times due to sleep apnea. Truth is that because of the extreme pain I held my breath each time the Dr put a needle in my back if the anesthesiologist had done her job I should have slept through the entire procedure without any pain at all. For any future procedures I will request never to use this same anesthesiologist. She failed to do her job properly .

My Doctor COLON,shows a genuine concern for my issues. I've had back problems for almost 20yrs now and I've seen a bunch of different doctors, but Dr Colon by far is the best

The location that I go to is Athens so I have to put the closest one with Brasleton so y’all need to fix that on your website but I enjoy my location in Athens are very nice very polite never had no problem there

I LOVE the doctors and staff here. Front desk is always so kind! Emily Brooks is an amazing NP and her kindness and genuine desire to help people makes her an excellent medical professional. Would be 5 stars if solely based on the people working here. You are so appreciated!! The location is suffering from severe overscheduling, not at the fault of doctors and staff. I wait between 1-2 hrs every time. Sometimes seating/parking is nonexistent. For people suffering chronic pain, it’s unacceptable. Please fix the overscheduling because the team you have here is incredible and I want to stay!

This is the worst place. The parking is horrible. It’s in the back of this plaza and there’s not enough space. I’m here today for results from an MRI when I call the scheduler. I was supposed to go to another location, but they ended up sending me back to this location. My appointment was for 230 today and I was on time and it is 329 and I’ve just been sitting in a room. They did not have mine report from my MRI. The medical assistance said that she was going to get it and the doctor would be in to see me and this was at 3:10. They should’ve already had it they knew the appointment was coming. They’ve been texting me about this appointment and I’m here and they don’t have their act together. This is not professional. This is chaos no organization cause there’s no way I should still be sitting here waiting to see the doctor and it is now 3:31. I want to thank the owner for their prompt response. I called this morning which is 11/13/2025 and my call was disconnected twice. I called at 8:19 and after a minute of being on hold the called was dropped and I called back at 8:21 and the called was dropped after another minute of being on hold. After everything that I have been through someone from that office should be reaching out to me, instead the response was for me to call back, and I did that and this is the results. This says to me that this company does not truly care about how patients are treated. All they care about is over booking to make the money. Where is the quality of care and Good Faith Business. The young lady at the front desk even wanted me to pay my co-pay upfront. And if I had done that, I would have lost my money because I was never seen.
