List of The Northeast Georgia Diagnostic Clinic's Reviews
I tried four times to talk to someone to book an appointment and just sat on the phone for fifteen minutes waiting for someone to pick up. Nobody picked up so I had to leave yet another message. No communication from this group. They definitely have a communication problem as can be seen from other reviews about this same issue at this practice.
The doctor I see here seems to be good. However... the overall clinic is less than the one star rating I've given. Communication is absolutely nonexistent. Good luck trying to call someone. You'll stay on hold for at least 45 minutes. And leaving a message is a joke. Messages are never returned. I've been trying to get a medication refilled for three weeks (even made an appointment to see the doctor to ask for it) and after being assured it was handled, the prescription has never been sent to the pharmacy. Look elsewhere for your healthcare.
How do i say this, my dad has cancer. Understandable to the T, during this pandemic its difficult. Christina Saurel MD bless her for everything 🙏🏼
I needed a new nephrologist. I contacted them about getting an appointment. I talked to Callie and she was quite nice. I was told to have my records sent and they would set it up. Three weeks later I called again and talked to Shona. She was quit rude. She said that she had no knowledge of my calling or of finding any records. I had already been that that they had been sent and told her. She said that they could not help me and to get it straight and they would be in touch. That was six weeks ago. I have since been to Kidney Care Center and it was great. The people were very nice to me and I appreciated it.
Dr. Tanna is excellent. I’m so thankful for the care she has provided me through my health issues. I would highly recommend her!
While I love my doctor there, if I don't see or speak directly to him, my prescriptions come out wrong. The last 6 have been incorrect. In a row. I have spent 2 months trying to get strips for my new meter. The pharmacy called and faxed, I called, I drove down and spoke with a patient rep and discussed this problem, and 1 week later my Rx was called in to the wrong pharmacy and was for my pills, not the test strips. If you use these people double check and don't expect them to get it done in a timely fashion.
If you are looking to see an Endo DR stay far far away from Jennifer-John Kalarickal, MD, I waited MONTHS to get in to see this "specialist" for my condition. All she did was go over my primary care dr's lab work and gave me wrong information. She is absolutely no specialist at all. My primary shouldn't be able to answer questions a "specialist" could not. I would detour anyone who is considering seeing this "doctor" horrible, unprofessional, non-knowledgeable experience.
Never ever go to this money hungry practice. I would recommend Dr. Dold to anyone needing a rheumatologist but not as long as she is with them. . They hold grudges. I was not happy with the GP I saw there, so I switched to another practice. All of a sudden they are cancelling appointments telling me I have outstanding invoices from when I had no insurance. I have ALWAYS has insurance and the current one has not changed in 6 years. I called insurance company they provided EOB of where those charges were paid. I asked the very rude billing person at NEGA Diagnostic Clinic to call insurance company per their request she states oh we will just resubmit it. Duh they already paid you they will deny a double bill. I ask to be provided with copies of bills to compare to my EOBs. Instead I get a form letter informing me due to me not paying the bill (they already were paid for) I am dropped as a patient, and prior to all of this when they cancelled my appointment, they were holding my refills and prescriptions hostage. I have rheumatoid arthritis. If you do go to them watch your wallet.
I had the worst experience with Nephrologist Kim Tran M.D.. She was horrible. My mother is 78 yoa and a retired registered nurse. Ms Tran talk to us like we were idiots. She kept smirking and asking the same questions repeatedly. My mother had advised me of her previous encounter with Ms. Tran stating that she was very condescending. I witness Ms Tran in action today. We left the office and I told her that my mother is no longer a patient. The office staff at NEGA Diagnostics Clinics is pretty awesome but the Medical staff need attuide adjustments,
Do not give this practice your business or money! They have very rude customer service, a horrible bedside manner and will cancel you as a patient if you reschedule 4 appointments in a two year timeframe no what the reoccurrence of appointments may be. If the treatment they prescribe doesn't work they will just increase your dosage time and time again. I would never recommend anyone who wants quality care to this practice no matter what doctor they are seeing.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
