List of The Northeast Georgia Diagnostic Clinic's Reviews
From the front desk administration to the doctor visit, everything went smoothly. Everyone was great, kind, attentive, friendly and super nice. Dr. Hannah Lin and her nurse were very good and professional. Looking forward to another great visit.
I tried four times to talk to someone to book an appointment and just sat on the phone for fifteen minutes waiting for someone to pick up. Nobody picked up so I had to leave yet another message. No communication from this group. They definitely have a communication problem as can be seen from other reviews about this same issue at this practice.
The doctor I see here seems to be good. However... the overall clinic is less than the one star rating I've given. Communication is absolutely nonexistent. Good luck trying to call someone. You'll stay on hold for at least 45 minutes. And leaving a message is a joke. Messages are never returned. I've been trying to get a medication refilled for three weeks (even made an appointment to see the doctor to ask for it) and after being assured it was handled, the prescription has never been sent to the pharmacy. Look elsewhere for your healthcare.
I haven't had any problems with the office or Dr Sachdeva. He's in and out quickly but that's healthcare now.
This place didn’t help my husband at all and when he called to see about getting some prednisone they said he had to video chat with the dr but didn’t tell you that’s considered a office visit!! Absolutely ripping people off during a pandemic. So disappointing!!
I needed a new nephrologist. I contacted them about getting an appointment. I talked to Callie and she was quite nice. I was told to have my records sent and they would set it up. Three weeks later I called again and talked to Shona. She was quit rude. She said that she had no knowledge of my calling or of finding any records. I had already been that that they had been sent and told her. She said that they could not help me and to get it straight and they would be in touch. That was six weeks ago. I have since been to Kidney Care Center and it was great. The people were very nice to me and I appreciated it.
Love the customer service and my doctor. In need, they were there for me.
It’s very difficult to get through on the phone and even more so to get a call back.
Worst place I've ever been too, first they don't help me and made me worst!
Wow, reading the previous reviews, I was shocked. I have been a patient of Dr Silvia Dold for 7 years, and find her to be a very caring, and very knowledgeable about new treatments available. She has always been a very sincere and caring doctor that is always concerned, trying to help her patients to get the best care possible. I never feel rushed during my appointments she really sits down and talks to me so we both understands what has gone on with my RA since the last visit. She has never been short or rude to me at all, nor has any of her staff. I for one am very please that I found her and will continue to go to her.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
