Extremely knowledgeable Excellent bedside manner. Just a great doctor all the way around. Would recommend him to any person needing a doctor in his expertise.

We had a great experience with Dr. Carey. He was referred to us for my son’s scoliosis. We met with him and he suggested surgery. His curve was at 62 degrees at that point. My husband and I researched more about the surgery and we looked at alternative methods. We decided that surgery was the best option for our active son. When we met with Dr. Carey and his team to book the surgery they confidently answered our many many questions which left us all feeling great about our decision. He was in good hands. Yes COVID caused delays but I truly believe good things come to those who wait. Surgery was a huge success. Dr. Carey is a very calm kind and confident surgeon. He truly lives up to his name. “Care”y.

The man is a butcher. Three operations and still loose screws Never a apology just carries on ruining lives.

My son saw him as a tiny baby for his club foot he was great BUT now my son sees him for scoliosis and we can’t get anywhere with him Took forever to get in then he said to follow up every 6 months. Our next 2 appointments were cancelled rebooked 3 times then cancelled altogether Whenever I tried calling his office his receptionist was very rude Finally after months of our other specialists trying to connect with him to get my son seen we were seen last july told to follow up in 6 months tried to rebook that day told his receptionist would call 10 months later still no call I have called their office twice been told she would call me back with a date time still nothing I know we are in a pandemic but that doesn’t mean leaving your patients high dry with no follow up Found

My son is home for a visit 70 days after dr Carey left him a paraplegic. If you love your kids don’t bring them to this doctor or this hospital

Most arrogant doctor I have ever met. He aborted surgery 7 hrs in and then refused over and over again to seek any outside opinions His standard reply every time I asked him if he could reach out was he was highly experienced and didn’t need other doctors opinions. I am sure he might be a great doctor but not when things go wrong. He is to proud to put the patient first. He comes first and then his team and then the patient.

Dr. Carey had no experience with elderly patients he recommended a course of chemo and my mother succumbed to the illness after the first treatment. We had to fight to not be charged for the full 3 Treatments and Dr. Carey never tried to contact any family member with condolences. May God forgive him.

Our daughter has been seeing Dr. Carey since she was three days old. We were very worried new parents at that first appointment. Dr. Carey was so caring and knowledgeable and we left feeling reassured. Our daughter is now 8 months and loves seeing Dr. Carey. He is amazing with her and takes the time to answer our questions. He truly cares about his patients and it shows. We are so grateful and rave about him to everyone we know

Did not seem to want to help me get better

I am so disappointed that we were sent to Dr Carey. He rushed through all my sons appointments and we are now 9 months later and we still have no answers about my sons tumor I had to push to get the tumors removed and they removed 1 out of 3 and said theyve never seen this before so they arent sure what to do. Dr Carey keeps getting our sons records mixed up and tries to send us to a hospital for a followup that is 3 hours away when we are only 1 hour away from Dr Carey. He also forgot that my son needs a followup MRI and did not put it in my sons notes for his secretary. I am sooo mad WROST DOCTOR EVER I want to get transferred to a new doc
