I went in for horrible back pain that had later hours and had me immobile. The nurse in triage saw me come in and immediately started brought me back. I was roomed immediately, and the PA Lovvorn was very quick in seeing me and Answering all my questions. I would recommend them every time. I wish I could remember the nurses name because he was amazing too.

I keep receiving a “Physician bill” for “Brandon” and I don’t even know a Brandon and it’s getting really annoying, I tried to OPT out before and they continued to send messages, so I just tried again, hopefully it will work this time.

Staff is courteous and caring. Facility is very clean. This is my family's hospital of choice.

I went to the outpatient for an ultrasound. Staff was friendly, didn't have to wait long, the "technician" was great!

I thought they were efficient until I really needed then then it was all about them,Went in with covid symptoms sat in emergency for hours waiting to be seen ,only to get treated worse than cattle going to slaughter,the nurses and doctors on the first shift shouldnt even have a license to treat but should get a desk job since all they do is stay on their phones,But I mlm loved the second s g.j ift staff and they seemed to work better together and give you what you came in for (good bedside manners) and they were constantly working hard they just want to get a head count not treat anyone ,a kid came in from as n allergic re as action to peanuts and they told them to wait in waiting room but the kid needed CPR the dad had to run out for a ambulance to give him help outside ,if this is what more hospitals are doing we are in for some hard times, as nd to kick it all off they discharged me at 10 pm doing no better than I was 3 days ago when I walked in there never telling me I had DOUBLE PNUMONIA ON TOP OF COVIDI READ THAT BURIED IN MY DISCHARGE PAPERS ONCE I WAS ABLE TO CALM DOWN FROM THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE

Pathetic. All I have to say. Finally got a room after and hour and a half and there was urine everywhere. Spent 3 hours waiting to be discharged and a total of 8 hours for minor back pains. I came here the day before and I was in and out in an hour. Higgins you are Pathetic in every sense of the word. You are a garbage hospital.

They slow as well as rude to some or they had better things to do like (sitting on it) this staff was over all just sorry.
