Dr Cates is a wonderful caring doctor. He is very busy but does take the time to understand my problems and explains the options I have. He shows me my X-ray images and points out the area that is causing my pain. He has an awesome bedside manner.

Dr. Cates and his staff are very attentive and listen to their patients. He took care that my shoulder surgery healed properly and was informative on getting proper therapy to get back my full mobility. He encouraged me through the process as the shoulder is a slower process to mobility back. He and his staff made it easy to understand what I needed to do to continue to improve. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Cates is an amazing provider! He is thorough, knowledgeable, and really kind. He is efficient and has really great bedside manner. We laughed my entire appointment and he even made me forget I was in so much pain. I really enjoyed my visit with him and I look forward to following up.
