He knew what was wrong on his first exam of me. Relief after 18 months of a missed diagnosis and pain. He gave me options and we went from there. He talked TO me, not at me. I trusted him and still do, after eventual surgery.

I saw Dr. Kasow late last year, and he referred me to a pain clinic for injections. When that treatment was shown to not be effective I scheduled an appointment to see the doctor again. After waiting two hours in their office, at 6 pm, I had to leave, never havig seen the doctor. As I left the office the receptionist agreed to schedule a new appointment - for two months from then! I think Dr. Kasow is probably a good doctor, but how would I be able to tell? His practice is so overbooked, and understaffed, that I decided to switch doctors.

Dr. Kasow explained my mother’s back issues very thoroughly. He answered all our questions and spent a great amount of time with us giving details of her problem. It was a very good visit! I would definitely recommend Dr. Kasow, we drove 1 hour and 20 minutes but it was well worth the drive to see him.

Dr. Kasow is a phenomenol orthopedic surgeon with a fantastic attention to detail. He truly cares about you and will commit to helping you figure out what is causing your specific pain. I wish I could give Dr. Kasow more stars than 5. He is an amazing, caring, warm, and truly attentive doctor. He has so many patients, but he still manages to make you feel like you are the only patient he has. I owe him my mobility today due to his decision to do a microdiscectomy on my L5/S1 disc. Another surgeon who saw me earlier on in the beginnings of my issues with herniated discs just blew me off and wouldn't consider doing surgery. But Dr. Kasow assured me that he would help me - and he did!! I credit him, and also his former PA Nicole, with saving me from a life of increasing immobility and debilitating pain. I am forever grateful to him, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone with spine issues.

I was so fortunate that Dr Kasow was on call when I was in a car accident 5 years ago. Even though he's a spine specialist, he was incredibly helpful in repairing my arm and leg, which was a 3 year process. A year ago I needed neck surgery, and of course I returned to Dr Kasow! His professionalism, understanding, knowledge, and education was tremendously appreciated! His dedication to keep me moving forward in the healing process with clear goals and a plan of action every step of the way was reassuring. It is VERY evident that Dr Kasow LOVES what he does and he is AMAZING at it!!!

Dr was matter of fact. Not very interactive. Won’t return if he is the only option. Other Dr is much more helpful, but he wasn’t available.

Enjoyed my visit with Dr. Kasow. Although the practice was very busy, I felt that he took the time with me to explain my injury and gave me a couple of options on how to take care of it.

All the staff treated me with compassion and professionalism Cassandra and Angie were outstanding Never felt the shot Cassandra gave me..a first! Dr. Kasow did surgery on my wife 5 years ago and when I recently found out I would need surgery, there was only one surgeon I wanted working on me.
