Dr. Symbas has performed all of my knee issues from injections, to repairs, to knee replacement. He's even done work on my husband knee. He's such a down to earth, and caring human. Gary his assistant is also amazing, he's so welcoming along with the other staff. I will recommend him to anyone.

Pre-operatively, my experience was exceptional (that’s why only 3 stars). From the surgery scheduler to the nurse navigator; everyone was professional and addressed any concerns I had. My surgery went well (as far as I know) and the clinical staff were also highly skilled, professional and addressed my concerns. The problem is now with my recovering at home/post-operatively. Although Dr Symbas is very courteous and a great surgeon; I’m not pleased at the way he or his staff have NOT addressed my post op needs and concerns. I’ve left numerous msgs with operators with lagging or no response. Just this morning, the operator paged the Dr regarding a symptom and I’ve yet to hear from the Dr, his PA or med asst. I feel that Dr Symbas cut me open, closed me up and just threw me out to fend for myself.

I was having knee pain in both knees and Dr. Peter Symbas has been the doctor I see.He is an excellent doctor. Dr Symbas did my shoulder surgery a few years back. My recovery and PT. Was excellent.There is a never a wait; always on time and the staff is very courteous.

I had a great visit at Atlanta Orthopedics. Kind people and wonderful Dr. Symbas made me and my knee feel better.

Dr. Symbas is simply the best in terms of both expertise and manner. My surgery was delayed 2x (both during prep) with the 3rd time being the charm. He and his staff are so accommodating and genuinely care about their patients. While I hope I won’t need another joint replacement, Symbas is my man if I do!

Saw orthapedic specialist Dr Peter Symbas, today on my right knee, after initially required trying 8 weeks of Physical Thearpy.Excellent 'on time' experience.After reviewing xrays taken two months ago, asking a few injury questions and examining my right knee, Dr Symbas stated it appeared to be a meniscus injury.To confirm he ordered an MRI tomorrow.Finally appears after almost three months of daily pain, an outpatient microscopic procedure is in play.Thank you Doctor Symbas.David Lee (age 71)

Dr. Symbas is always so good at listening, and for explaining things in a way you can understand. He’s very personable, and I never hesitate to ask questions. He’s an excellent surgeon and I highly recommend him.

This was my first visit to the Marietta location on Cherokee St. Dr. Symbas, and the staff there provided outstanding service, I felt comfortable with their covid-19 procedures and that was a concern prior to my visit. Dr. Symbas and Gary explained everything clearly and answers all my questions.
