Where do I file a complaint against the administration? My doctor was great. But I sm struggling to have my disability forms filled out. I'm about to be homeless and lose my car, and this is all around the holidays. All because I can not get my disability forms filled out. The administration is lazy and DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS. I paid my bill out of pocket and now I'm sitting with a cast on and can't work or receive assistance from the government. I was denied every single time. This is crazy. After I am heeled I would never go back to this location. Unfortunately the clinical staff has been great, they really need their administration to be great as well.

I was diagnosed with Frozen Shoulder in my left shoulder in August 2020 and started PT the following week. I went weekly to PT until December missing only a couple sessions. In that time, I experienced little improvement and had given up hope that PT could help me. In fact, I had planned to go to a Sports Chiropractor in January 2021 since my high deductible health plan was starting over. BUT I read about dry needling and found that PT Michelle Camararata at Brookhaven did dry needling. So I transferred to Michelle at the end of December. She did dry needling and longer hands on therapy and within 5 sessions I was functioning at a level I had not experienced in the prior 4 months of PT. Michelle is incredibly experienced and had treated lots of frozen shoulder so she knew what to do. She and her colleague PT Jhamna also consulted on my therapy which I greatly appreciated. When I was discharged from PT, I was 95% recovered. Just imagine if I had gone to PT Michelle in the beginning. I believe I would have finished PT last year. I highly recommend PT Michelle and Jhamna at Brookhaven. They were worth the 74 miles RT I drove every week.

Orthoatlanta has declined significantly since opening multiple locations and closing the original piedmont location, in the past couple years. We have been going to orthoatlanta for 20+years. No more. And, the physical therapy is not really associated, they don't talk to the doctors or read dr notes. PT name JB should be banned. Better off going to Benchmark.

Not a fan of any of the locations. Staff always unfriendly, and never in time. Instructions are never clear. Front desk staff is always the worst. I will be getting my reports and finding a new provider

I had an unfortunate bike accident in June '20. Since I have been seeing a few of the providers at OrthoAtlanta (Mainly @ Piedmont West). Today I saw Stephanie Dotson, PA for a knee issue. Stephanie was very thorough and helped me immensely. I would not hesitate to see her any time in the future for sports related injuries/concerns. The staff is always prepared and the providers are always attentive, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Today was my first visit with Stephanie (A+++), but in the past with Matt Sartorio, Dr. Matthers, Dr. Lichtenfeld, the care has always been impeccable. Thanks again to OrthoAtlanta for getting me back on my feet and keeping me moving!

This office is very professional. I was greeted by everyone I came in contact with a smile, even though they were wearing a mask. I was seen by Dr. Littleton, and he was very knowledgeable and he explained the procedure to me very well. This group is highly highly.

Today was my first time ever seeing an orthopedic specialist for myself. Iwas referred here by a Piedmont Urgent Care. The front desk was very helpful and courteous. The wait time was minimal. Nurse Angela and Dr. Matt listened to my issue and a plan of action was taken. Everything was explained to me and I felt comfortable with the prescribed medication and therapy. I'm glad I was referred here!

Great staff, Dr. Rodriguez was very nice. My wait time was minimal. Definitely my first choice for any ortho needs!

My experience has been great at this practice, great staff, no long waits, awesome doctors. I’ve seen Dr. Cox for lower back pain, hip pain and carpal tunnel syndrome then I was referred to Dr. Littleton for carpal tunnel surgery and had successful surgery with him on my right hand and have my next surgery scheduled for my left hand with Dr. Littleton in a couple weeks. Both doctors are great listeners and have helped me with my pain. I would definitely recommend them both to anybody seeking help in these areas, both of them are very knowledgeable in their profession.
