Went in for a wellness or annual visit. Thought that is what we were there for. Well this MD coded EVERYTHING about our visit as diagnostic (I'll keep my opinion to myself as to way) against our knowledge. She coded as new patient establishment (with is a diagnosis appointment code- mind you she talked about our history like in a wellness visit but didn't diagnosis us with anything we told her all our history like you would anywhere else). Her receptionist stated that the MD diagnostic us based on our discussions. ... yes literally us telling her what we just wrote on our history form.....and then she coded my husbands' ASKED FOR wellness biometric blood work as diagnostic as well. We tried to dispute it with her since it is costing us over $500 for just my husband under our high deductible plan now for services we DID NOT think we were getting and not what we asked for. And her excuse is that billing wasn't discussed during the appointment so she won't be changing it. Your visit with this provider is up to you if you have normal health insurance instead of government health insurance where they can code anything and be as bill happy as they want with the insurance company without it being a problem. You've been warned. We will not be returning to an office that is not upfront and honest and charges hundreds of $$ for what they called a meet and greet after the fact when you asked for a wellness visit.

Dr. Whitley is very kind, caring and easy to talk to. I have been extremely satisfied with her care. Her office is also well organized and pleasant.

First visit was good but after that Dr Whitley has been working remotely and is generally unavailable. Office staff somewhat unresponsive to calls.

I love Dr. Whitley as a physician but her staff is ridiculous. You can't ever get anyone to call you back...for anything! An appointment, for a question or to get paperwork filled out if needed. I have been going to her for 2 years and it has never changed! It is very, very frustrating!

I found Dr. Whitley and her staff very friendly, helpful and efficient. The wait time was minuscule (less than 20 minutes). She, nor her staff, at any time made me feel like I was being rush through. They took their time, listened and responded with complete, totally understandable detailed answers. I most definitely would recommend Dr. Whitley.
