We were traveling from ohio to Miami Florida for a cruise and found out we needed a rapid covid test ,the people at Glynn Immediate care were so so helpful and they actually helped the 4 of us get our testing done at the last minute ,we are so grateful, thank you all ,

I came in with complaints of 7 days of headaches and fever along with lower back pain, frequent urination with cloudy brown color and sometimes burning sensation during urination. I told her I started taking NyQuil as a cover all medicine so whatever it is doesn’t get worse along drinking more fluids and getting 10-12 hours of sleep everyday. After about 4 days of no relief, I did some online research and got some 100% cranberry juice with no added sugar and started pounding on that for the next 3 days. Hence the reason for the visit. After I did a urine test, I received my check out paperwork from a tech or nurse saying what conditions I might have and a prescription medication for cough medicine. I asked them what the cough medicine was for so she went to get the PA. Instead of saying there must have been some misunderstanding, she told that I told her I was coughing profusely. I explained to her my original complaints and she still insisted I told her that. Ok fine my apologies I said (I could possibly say that without knowing because my brain was being cooked for a week) then she said she looked at my urine and it just looks like I was dehydrated. “So just go home and drink plenty of water and get some rest.” I asked her what is causing my fever then? She said I think you’re just dehydrated but we’ll send it in to get tested just in case. Never saw a label or seal on my sample.So I wasted 2 hours waiting and will be paying who knows how much for the PA to tell me keep doing what you’ve been doing.Suggestion- Best health professionals are the ones that listens to gather information, teaches self care and explains questions and concerns.Factor- I was the last patient of the day.FYI this my first negative review on Google.

This place was quick and efficient. Made my daughter and I feel welcome.

I have been trying for 2 weeks to get in to see my doctor at the clinic and they can never fit me in ,so I went to Glynn Immediate Care and can always count on their staff and especially their Doctor to take care of me ! fast,friendly,professional, and excellent Doctor!! Thank you for your help!! Will continue to use them forever!!

The staff was quick excellent am I accurate

Turns out getting treatment for asthma can be a challenge in a pandemic. These great folks got me in, treated, medications ordered with very minimal time. They were kind, quick, and professional. After searching for a solution for over a week that didn't include the ER, TRULY grateful and relieved.

The whole staff was real friendly and helpful. Except for a long initial wait time, everything went smoothly. But with the covid outbreak it was expected. I enjoy coming here way more then the hospital.

I was impressed with their check-in method, being evaluated , and completed in less than one hour. The staff was very pleasant. I needed that because I was not feeling well however their pleasant demeanor made me feel better.

Thank you guys for taking care of my husband and keeping him out of the hospital. I know you guys are overwhelmed with so many patients daily. Thank you for being patient and taking care of us.
