Everyone was so sweet and helpful. Quickly seen and diagnosed.
We were there for a family members end of life, they made us wait outside, no seating, no anything. We were told AND signed papers days prior letting us know that all of us COULD be in the room together before extubation as well as after. It was a fight to get us all to be able to be in the room after extubation. We were not all allowed in before. We were at the hospital for over 8 hours, and we were followed & kicked out of the cafeteria. We were told that we were NOT allowed to EAT!!!!! WHAT!!!! This has to change and you NEED to do better. This was unacceptable in every area.
I have felt so yucky and no one has been able to help me but I decided to come to this urgent care last night and the entire staff was super awesome. They just were in good spirits. They were friendly. Helpful. Nice! They all seem to enjoy their job and that meant a lot. I was very appreciative of the young lady who took care of me. I don’t remember her name. She had short dark hair. She was the doctor on call, I guess, for the day. She did a fantastic job. I wish that she could be a primary doctor I could see. I feel I can trust her.
We had a super experience here. The staff was friendly and efficient and our visit was super fast!
The service was great
Save yourself and NEVER go to this ER!! Had a life threatening experience with a 9 month old with a doctor feeling “uncomfortable” giving a baby an IV who couldn’t hold fluids town for 20 hrs and throwing up any meds/liquids. Ended up getting sent home still never drinking a bottle!! Went right to our pediatrician, who fortunately rushed us back and admitted right to pediatrics. Fortunately had a great nurse (Debbie in Pediatric-wonderful nurse!🙌🏼) who gave the needed IV ASAP! My child was in the hospital for 3 days because the situation was that server. Could have lost her if I listened to the ER doctor. Wonder how many other lives they are hurting in this pandemic. Save yourself, take the trip to FL!
been sitting here since 3pm. they charge for how u sit here. they took unnecessary test. which they will charge me for. there are much sicker ppl sitting in the er. get me out so they can come in. but it is not about ua it us about the money. as long as price gauge u that is all they care about. these poor nurses and dr. are overworked and understaffed.
Would give 0 if I could. I had a surgical incision re-open in a small spot, so I was hoping to have it given one or two stitches. Instead, I paid $200 to wait two hours and be told by the doctor that he couldn’t work on another persons surgery incision. I told them that it was a related to a surgery during check-in, so they could have just let me know that before waiting and spending money.
Fast and staff is wonderful!
This place is horrible don't go there if you really need help they are rude judgemental and are color specific against people DONT GO HERE

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
