I love Dr. Bristol. I love the nurses! I do not love the front desk. I have been sent to voice-mail more often then I get a live person. It can be very frustrating. When I brought it up I received a million excuses and a half hearted I'm sorry.

Every nurse and physician that works at this location that my youngest and I have come into contact with have been amazing and very, very good to us. That includes the wonderful ladies that work at the front desk as well. Masks required. Good luck out there you guys & be safe!

My son has been sick for three days! Made an appointment with receptionist Danielle Tuesday at 1:45pm! On my arrival the front desk associate wasn’t not nice at all wasn’t even apologetic I drove an hour to bring my son. She says you were put down for 3:15! I said that was a mistake on Danielle part who scheduled the appointment! She tells me oh well we will fit you in when we can!! I have never been her where service was so poor! They didn’t try to work us in or nothing made us wait and it was a staff member fault. They need to retrain staff on handling situation with patients when a mistake is made. This has me double thinking the care of my son at this facility. Poor Poor service maybe if they worked more then they laugh and talk up front less mistakes can be made!!

Both of my boys see Julianne Temple who is amazing! Really cares about them and listens to everything going on with them. They love her! They have also seen Dr. Steelman who helped and was very informative when my son had his tonsils taken out and later on when he had mono. I feel the boys are taken care of when we go here. Sometimes I have called and left messages at the front office usually I get a phone call back maybe a couple times I haven't but I just keep calling if not.
