My bf had a terrible experience with Dr. Patni. No duty of care and just told him he needed to book another office visit for his concerns and go to a specialist. No interest at all in anything.

Dr. Patni was great. Spent time to understand issues and explained everything extremely well. Office staff was incredible and efficient. Lab work was done quickly and I even got results on the "My Chart" app just a few hours later. I highly recommend Dr. Patni and NGPG-Buford.

Used to be a nice comfortable office with friendly staff. Recently it has turned into a mega-Dr. Office with very impersonal attention and very high prices $193. Dollars for a simple prescription refill visit, when everyone else is charging half for the same service. They would not budge on this charge when I called them about it.

Bad experience ! This is my first time and absolutely last time! Went to Doctor Arif Patni for anual phisical routine check, everything should be covered by insurance and it always was before. But this time , received a bill from lab because one item of blood work was not covered by insurance . Before test , have told doctor that please only do the items in routine and no extras ,apparently , they didn't verify that and gave me extra test, now I have to pay out of my pocket just because the doctor didn't take responsibility! Called several times to figure out and was told someone will call me back in 5 days but after 10days still never called! Had to call again and again then was transfered from here to there and nobody really helped! Should Have checked more reviews before going. Very disappointed and don't recommend! Don't deserve even one star!

I called this service for an appointment with an Urologist, they scheduled Mr. Patni. When I arrived and after a blood pressure test I met the Doctor and realized he is not an urologist, he refilled my medicine and I asked the front counter for an appointment with a urologist. The front desk said the closest appointment was about a month later and I declined. The called me with other options and I still declined. They billed my insurance for a visit and charged me with about $192. I refuted the charges and they claimed that because of the blood pressure check, the prescription and the referral that never happened I owed that amount. $192 for a 5 minute doctor visit. I lost half a days work because of the incompetent appointments office.

Dr. Patni is a doctor that is personable and transparent. He will listen to your concerns and not write them off, providing sound and reasonable advice coupled with great explanations.
