Wait time was 30 minutes but once I was back in the room it was pretty quick. Went in for an X-ray on my finger and I’d like to thank the doctor who checked me out because she made another radiologist look at my X-ray because she wasn’t confident in the first opinion due to my finger being really swollen & bruised still so many days after the injury. If it wasn’t for her I would of been sent home to treat an impacted fracture on my own. Following up with an orthopedic on the 13th! Also, every staff member I interacted with was polite, caring and the facility was new and clean. :)

While 2 hours away from my home, I felt the need to go to an urgent care. I was so lucky to find Piedmont! The staff was amazing, patient and kind. They knew exactly how to treat my condition. The best part was that since I was so far from home, they filled my prescriptions right there at their clinic!! I will always look for a Piedmont medical care. They are simply the best. I’ve visited the exchange location a few times and it is always a great experience. The front desk, nurse, and practitioner are friendly and are very thorough. This has become my family’s go to for urgent care.

The stars are for the staff who were very friendly but the service itself is where the problem resides. I paid $250 to this place for them to tell me I didn’t have something I do in fact have. I ended up having to go to the ER where they told me that Urgent Care isn’t equipped to effectively test for the infection that I have. If you don’t have the ability to see white blood cell count on a patient who has a history of said infection, please don’t proceed to gaslight them into thinking there’s nothing wrong, charge extra for testing for other irrelevant diseases, and send them on their way with an antibiotic dosage so low it doesn’t even kick a fever. Do better Urgent Care. These are peoples lives. Not everyone has the flexibility to waste a full work day while their kidneys shrivel up and rot because you can’t do an ACCURATE urinalysis.

The whole clinic staff was amazing! Susie from the front desk was so welcoming and helpful, the young lady who took my vitals and Dr. Atkinson who was very detailed and was patient with me with all my questions. Such a great experience. I will definitely be returning.
