If I could give a no star review, I would. Doctors take an oath to do no harm. My appointment, or the lack thereof, did irreparable harm to me as a patient. His nurse did not take the time to get all of my information. Instead I was thrown directly into a telemedicine meeting with the doctor, who left during my appointment, after I asked him to hold, so I could get him vital information. I would NOT recommend Dr. Richard to anyone, who would like to be treated like an actual human being.

It has been three weeks since my gastric sleeve/hernia surgery and Dr. Richards and his team have skillfully guided me through each step. Dr. Richard is a wonderful doctor. He is truthful, kind and caring. His staff is also very kind and caring. I feel honored that he preformed my gastric sleeve surgery.

Had an open gastric bypass 13 years ago performed by Doctor Richard. He is a great man and an even better surgeon. I highly recommend his entire medical team. I was 410 lbs at pre-op. Now at 13 years post op, I am 226 lbs. So because I've kept it off, I know you can as well! God Bless!
