This specialty practice for my back has been a life saver. Seeing Dr Turner has improved my quality of life. His staff is patient, friendly and compassionate. The facility is clean and neat.

I found everyone here to be very friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. Great communication with Dr. Alvear, he was positive , made me feel better about my situation and answered all my questions. So glad I went.

I’ve had a lifetime of pain and have been to several pain doctors in California but with no real relief. After moving to Georgia my friend told me about Dr. Robinson. She has almost the same issues. Two days ago I had my first actual procedure and was warned that it might get worse before it got better but so far I feel great! I haven’t felt this good in years! I highly recommend this office!!!

I cannot say enogh great things about Dr. Alvear. He’s got the best bedside manners and genuinely authentic. Love him. My procedure was quick and honestly painless. I am so happy to have been referred to him. Also, the staff is fantastic too! I cannot say enough great things about my experience these last several months.

I love the staff all the offices. I go to 2 different offices depending on the date I need. I have never had a bad or unpleasant visit here. My doctor is Dr. Braxton Turner, and I adore him. He is compassionate, patient, takes however much time you need with your visit. He looks at you when you are talking, listens, and gives great information regarding treatment options for you specifically, but never pressures you into anything. I have been coming to this Doctor over 10 years, and completely trust him and his associates. I highly, more than highly, recommend this office if you are ever in need of this specialty! I have never left my visits feeling anything but taken great care of, positive, and I believe you will too!

Very rude young blond girl at the front desk made me rethink using them. Another large pain clinic chain that acts like all patients are on medication that keeps them coming back and that is not me at all!

Office staff are very pleasant and creat a relaxed environment. Appointment and registration process was easy and quick. Dr Alvear listened and understood what the problem was and acted accordingly. Did not feel like a number or feel rushed. I had been going to pain management at Gwinnett Northside for years. They went down hill very fast. They don’t care about the patient. Never asked about your condition or how you were doing. Did not see a Dr in over 3 years and talked with one on the phone once. The appointment and office visit process was a nightmare. Anyways I’m happy I found Dr Alvear again.

I am a fairly new patient and maybe it’s due to the provider traveling or the holidays but nothing I’ve been told since my last (second) appointment has been taken care of. I have heard good things about Dr. Turner but as far as my doctor and his nurse is concerned I’m extremely disappointed. Pain is scary enough and hard to deal with but not being able to trust those with your care to get a job done is very unacceptable and disappointing.
