I went into this establishment for the first time today for a rapid Covid test. The ladies were very professional, everything was handled in an excellent manner and I got my test results in the promised timeVery clean, very pleasant, and I will certainly be back if the need arises

Cairo - MainStreet Family Care is the best!!! I had been to a couple different doctors appointments at other places and an ENT with no help. At my worse, I went to MainStreet and the entire staff that evening made me feel welcomed. The NP on staff that evening was Salley Bussey and she was great!! She (Salley) addressed the main issues I was having and made a point to helping me feel better. I could tell that she was very knowledgeable and experienced in her profession. I am so thankful for her and the rest of the staff. Thank you for hiring such a knowledgeable and patient staff!!

Besides wait time Me & My Husband were both pleased with their services they understand the assignment of quick care! We chose to use this establishment while not having any medical insurance they provided a program!

Do not recommend this clinic. The staff was quite rude and have been quite difficult to provide adequate documentation. I went in twice for Covid testing for my employer. I requested a note to provide my employer that I had been tested and would be receiving results after 3 - 5 days. The nurse that was providing care that day informed me that they did not normally provide that type of form. I requested that they provide any form to show my employer that I had been tested and waited for results. The nurse went to the back while I waited in the lobby. The nurse provided a word document unsigned and stated that if my employer needed further documentation to contact them. Well, due to the form not being signed I was placed on suspension with possible dismissal without providing accurate information. I have contacted the clinic several times by phone and gone in person. I have requested to speak with the physician and nurse that provided the test and document for me on that day. The staff has been rude and uncooperative through the entire process. I am now facing loosing my employment of several years due to their mistake and inability to take ownership of their mistake. I do not recommend this clinic.

Don't recommend! Went in & had to wait 15 minutes to be checked in when there was no patients to be seen at all, coming in or out!! Bad service. That should've been the first red flag! Then they couldn't figure out my information even though I had registered online. I don't recommend.

Had my 1st visit yesterday and even though I was sick and not feeling well they treated me great! Jessica and the NP Patricia made us feel so welcome. I has not feeling that great today and had to call them about some medicine. I was able to speak with Jessica and then later Patricia called me back and immediately helped get me some different medicine to help. This will definitely be my go to place from now on.

Everyone was so friendly and the office was spotless.Really appreciate having somewhere to go on a weekend. Highly recommend!!
