Christopher Kragor's Online Review Report Card

I had a terrible experience with this oral surgery office of Dr. Christopher Kragor in Calhoun Ga. I was having an implant but i developed severe dental pain and when I called for a consult about the situation I was told I would have to wait a couple of weeks as he was booked up. They did finally offer an appointment a few days into the future but advised that he wouldn't have time to do anything as he was busy! Fortunately other practitioners in the area were kind enough to work me in and address Dr. Kragor's infection with an extraction. I then called Dr. Kragor and said another Surgeon volunteered to finish his work. I have already paid Dr. Kragor almost $3000 for this unfinished work. Despite the poor treatment he has the gall to send me a bill for $269 more. Talk about adding insult to injury! I did think he had a good level of surgical skill as did his assistants.

Dr. Kragor and his team in the back for surgery was fantastic. However, I have discovered that I have over paid and they owe me a refund. Yet the billing department keeps sending me a bill for $700.00 Which in fact they owe me a refund of $570.00. The problem is... NO ONE will answer the phone or return my calls. NO ONE in the billing department ever answer's the phone or ever return's a call to discuss this issue. AND NO ONE at the appointment desk ever answer's the phone. I think for this doctor to have such a wonderful reputation and such VERY POOR office staff is VERY , VERY SAD!. The only thing I can do at this point is make a 30 mile drive back to the office in person to try to settle this matter. And that to is SAD! Not to mention very unnecessary if the staff did their job correctly.

If I could rate Dr Kragor and his team a 10 I would. Superb care and professionalism. In this day and age, to get a doctor to personally call you to see how you doing after a procedure is rare. Thank you Dr Kragor and team, your passion for your patients shines through.

My husband had to be seen today for 2 extractions and to begin the process for an implant on one of those teeth. This practice is wonderful!! From the front office to the doctor himself. They took the time to make sure we completely understood everything and patiently answered all of our questions. My husband was very impressed with Dr. Krager, not only did he make sure he was informed of everything he was doing but his kind "bedside" manner was very much appreciated. He also remarked how quickly he got the teeth out. Great experience with this office!!! We HIGHLY recommended them.

A compassionate doctor that puts you at ease with his warm and welcoming personality. From the moment I entered the office in Calhoun, GA I was treated with such warmth and professionalism from everyone in this location. Dr. Kragor, came in the exam room, introduced himself and went over the entire procedure with me. On the evening of the day of surgery he called to check on me to see how I was feeling and to see if I needed anything. What an incredible doctor! I would recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic office staff and Dr. Kragor is exceptional.

The office and staff are very courteous and well trained in the COVID -19 best practices. They are prompt and timely for appointments. Dr Kragor is wonderful and takes time to make sure the procedure(s) are understood by the patient. He removed my mother 's broken teeth with extra care and patience due to her dementia condition. He even called personally after hours to check on her. I would highly recommend this practice for all your oral surgery needs.

Amazingly gifted with little to no pain! This is from a person hating to have dental work done! I highly recommend., My adult son has Parkinson's Disease and had to have 6 wisdom teeth pulled. This is made more difficult because of his Aspberger's Disease. It was quick; he appeared to have little to no pain and did fine. His staff, as well, as well as he were very efficient and information. One of his staff, Elaina came out more than once to keep me informed on how he was doing and how to care for him afterward.

Wonderful experience. The best chair side manner I have ever encountered. Painless procedure . Personally follows up with patients the next day to check on them.
