Andy Ostrowski is a great practitioner who puts patient care first and foremost. He has great bedside manner and proficient in his practice! Most recently however had Terrible phone response terrible follow up on presciptions with mail order services patient care remains ok when calling dr ostrowski’s practice (Advaned urology)can't get thru phone system with a 40 minute wait time i think you can do better than recordings that say we’re all busy now….

I was absolutely pleasantly surprised and relieved to find a doctor who actually listened to me and spent all the time I needed! I did not feel rushed at all. I also felt so hopeful concerning my issues that Dr Ostrowski was going to do everything to find the right answer!! The staff was so friendly, professional and well , delightful! It’s hard to find a group that are so committed to give their patients such a calm, secure feeling experience. !! Thank you !!!!

Dr. Ostrowski is wonderful. He listens to concerns, explains things thoroughly, has great bedside manner and is sympathetic to disappointment when things don’t turn out the way you hoped. Very upfront and straight forward, honest but optimistic.

I had a very pleasant appointment with Dr Ostrowski. His staff was very nice and friendly.I was taken on time and waited less than 5 minutes to see him. I will be going back and highly recommended him and his staff

Dr. Ostrowski is amazing. Excellent experience. However, I called the billing office 6 days ago and left a message (the only option). The recording said they’d call within 72 hours. Still haven’t heard from them.
