Anne Todd's Online Review Report Card

Husband suffers from cluster headaches. Booked the appt. with hopes to determine/rule out possible causes. My Husband asked me to go with him to this appt. Mainly, to help make sure he did not forget to ask any questions ( btw it is often recommended to bring someone with you). I felt Dr. Todd did not welcome my presence. In any event, even though there is not a lot of information out there on the causes, we’ve read that some cluster headache sufferers tend to have low vitamin D, Magnesium, an Melatonin levels. Naturally I asked Dr. Todd if we could check those levels and was told that was an unnecessary expensive test( I guess she thought she was paying for it). I’ve had my vitamin D levels checked routinely throughout my life so it did not make sense to me. Needless to say I was put off so asking our other questions was not any easy task and the responses did not get better. So basically a waste of time/ money for that office visit. Unfortunately, only allowed so many characters.

Liked going when I actually got to see a doctor. If your a parent who is unable to obtain a babysitter then don't bother. They apparently worship Dr. Faucci so not sure how much I trust this place as a medical facility anymore, anyway.

Doctor won’t call me back. I have been going to this practice for years. Now they refuse to do what they agreed to do, and I can’t even get the doctor to call me and tell me why, instead I get very unprofessional office personnel calling to argue with me over the phone, and constantly interrupting me. Very unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed in what has occurred here. We had an agreement, and now she is refusing to hold up her end. That’s bad business practice. Be aware, I’m extremely dissatisfied with this. I’m a military veteran and a father of 3 currently unemployed due to Covid, and I just need my medicine not a check up that I can’t afford. (My medications are for a reoccurring illness, they are non narcotic and are not antibiotics). And they won’t tell me how much an office visit out of pocket is. Just ridiculous.

The whole staff makes me feel comfortable and helps me out so much (I have a lot of trouble with my insurance. I see Dr. Janice Reed and she is amazing! She always makes me feel comfortable and listened to. She really seems to care! The rest of my family see Dr. Anne Todd and she is also an amazing Doctor! She caught my sisters partial cf early so we could get control of it. They make going to the Doctor easier (I have major anxiety) I would 10 out of 10 times recommend this drs office. Thank you guys for everything you do!!!!

Rude staff! Anne was very pleasant to deal with but the staff is so unprofessional und unpleasant that I won't be returning.

My husband and I find the staff very proffesional and friendly. Dr. Todd is amazing. So glad we found this practice.

I called to set up an initial appointment and the secretary that answered the phone was absolutely rude. Luckily there are plenty of other offices to choose from, obviously they don't want anymore business...

A very good and thorough doctor. She actually cares about her patients. She follows up with you you're just not another number you're actually a patient she cares about. I'm very well pleased and how she addresses my issues I went to one of her specialist and took care of a three-year-old problem I've had with my foot that was very dangerous for me but it was just a simple procedure and she's following through with other things I am very impressed with this lady and her care for her patient I give her five stars Plus. My God bless her and her staff. And thank them for being patient what is the person who feels like the end of the world Homer's fud and even checking my lungs for when I worked in concrete so much and exposed to silica hopefully I have no cancer but she's going to take it as a good doctor would want to know just like I want to know recent Triple plus and if she was on the NASDAQ or DOW SHE IS A GREAT DOCTOR I'm thankful she'll be my doctor. Amazing staff. Well I feel improved, and hopeful. Salute to personal, professional with integrity&nice..m

She refuses to see patients with ANY respiratory or cold or allergy sx. This has forced me to take my children to Urgent Care 3 times this year and cost me over $1500. Always get meds called in wrong and will not treat sx such as nausea if it's a persistent side effect of a med you have to be on. Saw her for several years but now am looking for a doctor who isn't so conservative that she abandons patients or lets them suffer.
