List of Atlanta Allergy & Asthma's Reviews
I’ve been a patient at the Canton office for more than three years now. Dr. Gardner is the best She really cares and takes the time to listen. The entire office is wonderful. Since I do allergy shots I have spent a lot of time there and have gotten to know their real qualities. The nurses assistants and office staff are truly amazing. I actually don’t look forward to the day that I don’t need to go get shots because then I won’t see them as often. They’re like family and I appreciate every single one of them
I took my 9 year old daughter in for unknown allergy. Everyone was so nice and professional. Ended up having 3 trips altogether and staff was fabulous each time. More doctors offices need to have front office staff and nurses like these ladies. My daughter was scared and they made her feel at ease. They scored 100
I have been going to Dr Erin Gardner for several years now. Dr Gardner is awesome and very knowledgeable on how to get you to feel better. The office staff is also wonderful especially Charmagne who works in the front office. I highly recommend them.
Yesterday was my first visit. Dr. Gardner was great. She took the time to listen to me and answered all my questions. The staff is quite nice and competent. They took took the time to explain the process. I highly recommend this facility.
Very disappointed in this practice. Scheduled a visit for my 6 week old daughter that has a suspected food allergy. When making the appointment scheduled at 1pm no one informed me that the practice took lunch from 12pm1pm. Being responsible and knowing there is paperwork to fill out being a new patient I arrived 30 minutes early. After getting my little one situated and loaded into the stroller I found the door was locked. We stood outside in the heat as the lady at the front desk stared at us through the window. As we were out a medical assistant also kept walking by but ignoring us. Because we had been standing out in the heat my daughter started getting fussy so I decided to leave my stroller at the door and get what little AC I could in the car to cool her off. Unfortunately my AC doesn’t work the best. I tried approaching the door once more 10 minutes before they opened and they didn’t let us inside the building until 5 minutes after her appointment. 1 It’s so disgusting to sit and watch a mother hold a 6 week old infant out in the heat and you’re too worried about your “lunch break” to let someone just come inside and wait in the air conditioning. No bother to you but just to simply wait inside until the patient is called to the front desk. I myself having front office experience I would never make someone wait outside in the rain heat or cold. Once coming inside the front office woman at the check in desk did not have a welcoming presence whatsoever. My daughters temperature was taken twice at 100 F and I assured her it was because we were made to wait outside in the heat and my Jeep doesn’t have the best AC. Let alone we were watched by her and the staff waiting in the heat. After speaking my opinion and frustration she then shut the glass door in my face. Long story short My 6 week old infant THAT HAS AN ALLERGY THAT NEEDED TO BE ADDRESSED was turned away because she had a temperature from waiting outside in the heat All that was needed was some COURTESY and KINDNESS to let a mother and baby wait inside until their appointment time. I check my daughters temperature everyday because I am very COVID aware. Her temperature has been fine and of course was a normal temperature when returning home. I’d recommend this practice learning common curtesy. By sitting in a chair in your waiting in no way shape or form interferes with your lunch break. Just proves the patient and their health isn’t that important to you. I’ll happily take my child’s care elsewhere. I wouldn’t even give this clinic a 1 star.
Love this place
Very thorough and listened to everything I said. She wrote a lot of notes and again was so thorough. I felt like she truly was concerned about my issues and put the best plan in place.
I have been going to Atlanta Allergy Asthma for years. I honestly love everyone there. the front office people are great. Nurses are awesome Kim Clay the nurse practitioner is so sweet. I cant say enough good thing about everyone there.
Doctor Gardner and the staff were very helpful and as always acted in a professional manner.I was very impressed with Doctor Gardners knowledge with the issues I was having and she has made every attempt to make me feel better. And I certainly do feel much better
After having a severe allergic reaction to a wasp sting I fully expected I would get a prescription for an EpiPen since there has been a progression of my reactions to insect stings in the last 12 months. This did not happen. I had documented my incident with photos and videos but the NP didnt seem to understand how bad the reaction had been. My urgent care doctor and emergency room doctor both indicated they felt an EpiPen would be a prudent proactive measure but the nurse practitioner did not feel I needed one. Consequently I feel very uneasy now and extremely concerned about my safety should I be stung by a wasp or other insect moving forward. While I appreciate I got to see anyone on such short notice I would have preferred to have seen my regular doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
