1.5 hours I was here for a physical. Have they fired tons of staff because they weren't innoculated? Jeesh. Boring dreary waiting room too.

My son had surgery today to repair his ACL and Meniscus. The doctor percribed him some pain meds for the next few days to help with pain, along with some other post op medications. Go to fill his much needed pain meds and Aultcare denies him the pain meds. There is a reason that he is given these meds. Instead of paying 2 dollars through insurance we paid 25 dollars through a discount card. Why do I pay you money to just go against what a doctor says is correct. You should be ashamed, but I know it's all about the money anyway.

My only complaint is customer service. It's impossible to get a hold of somebody and they do not return phone calls. Took me DAYS to finally get through to someone to answer a simple question that unfortunately could not be answered anywhere else. Ended up switching companies because premium was outrageous for what they cover and how bad customer service is.

Absolutely rude and awful customer service reps that know nothing about your insurance plan. Asked to speak to a manager and got transferred to voicemail and never received a callback.

Busiest place around but still make an effort to serve the best way they can! In my book, effort is EVERYTHING in a world of uncaring people.I love Aultcare.
