I waited for OVER AN HOUR for a drug test. There was ONE OTHER PERSON in the lobby. I have places to be. The situation is unacceptable and I would like to speak with a manager ASAP. 20 minutes or less is what it should take.

I've been here 3 times this year for drug tests and never had a problem. Staff is kind, courteous, and professional. Wait time after filling out the forms was 5 to 10 minutes tops. Every time I've went, there were only a handful of people waiting to be seen. Overall, a very good experience with no problems.

I arrived just as they opened, receptionist was nice and helpful, waited about 10-15 minutes to be called back, took a few of minutes and I was done and heading out.All around great experience, very professional and helpful.

I see a lot of negative reviews, mainly coming from people who had drug testing done. Maybe something is different with that, I'm not sure. But I went in today, I thought I was being seen for physical therapy, but it was actually a follow up appointment. Little bit of confusion when I got into a room, but they were very polite and explained everything to me. I saw the physicians assistant, she was very polite and was very detailed about everything. The doctor then came in as well because they were concerned about my back injury. He was also very polite and professional. I also saw the workers comp lady, she too was very polite. The only reason I would rate 4 stars is because I did have to wait about half an hour, but it was doable.

Been sitting for 2 hours for a drug test. Went up to the receptionist and asked why I had been waiting so long. They claimed they called my name and I wasn’t there. I have not moved from my seat and they have never called my name. Very frustrated.

I had my pre college screening performed here. They were busy but the staff treated me very well. I was a walk in and did not schedule an appointment. I expected to wait some extra. A facility can’t help if multiple people walk in all at once with already an full schedule. The staff was working diligently to be as efficient as possible. We are all only human you know.

Terrible this place needs shut down immediately Aultman should be ashamed to have a place like this attached to their name extremely unprofessional wait is to long appointment was set only to find out I fasted for nothing after I was told by 2 people I could get a wellness physical there do not go here I wanted to give it no stars but it will not let me make a comment
