Each person we encountered was wonderful with my son. So knowledgeable, caring and thorough.

This was by far the best experience my 2 year old has had at an appointment. The entire staff is amazing at making children feel welcome and comfortable! Highly recommend!

The entire staff was very friendly, professional and polite. Dr. Lewis was extremely informative and really took the time to discuss my child’s issues in depth and answer all of my questions. We only waited for a couple of minutes and we’re out very quickly. The office was very clean and nice.

I got to my daughter’s appointment just to be told we couldn’t be seen because I brought my 5yr old too. In all our CHOA appointments we have been seen in Atlanta, Marietta and Kennesaw locations. If they had a more strict policy they should have let me know. The office manager said the risk of exposure for other patients was the reason even though we were the only ones in the office at that time. The exposure of two adults (allowed) is not the same for one adult and a minor? Even though it is a very valid concern, specifically in these times, two persons with patient are two per patient. All wearing mask, by the way. This has nothing to do with the quality of the Doctors in this office, which we never met. This was mainly a different policy applied and not informed to me in the moment of scheduling. We didn’t need to waste our time like this. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. It’s very frustrating.

My grandson was the patient. They made him feel so comfortable that he loved his visit. He even told me after he left we should go back sometime.

Check the prices before doing anything. Medical facilities don't make it easy, but do your research. Don't get stuck with an unexpected large bill. I had an issue here, but they worked it out.

Our visit for our 14 year old daughter went perfect. We had all tests done while there and we knew results before we left. All of the staff and Doctor were so nice and kept the process moving so we didn’t spend an overly long time there. Highly recommend them.

We can’t say enough good things about Sibley and their amazing staff. Over the years, they have always gone above and beyond to provide the absolute best care for our daughter. I don’t know where she would be today without them. We are so grateful for the entire staff, but we will always have a special place in our hearts for Patti Simpson. She was our biggest cheerleader during my daughter’s open heart surgery and was always one step ahead, making sure everything was in order while providing so much support to our terrified family. This mama is forever thankful.
