The bad reviews are literlly for the urgent care, which is next door. This is for the physical therapy. I love this place and I love Dr. Jennifer she's a great doctor. The people at the front desk are also wonderful!

I think some of these reviews are for the Urgent Care that is located in the same building, not Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Sports and Physical Therapy. Unfortunately, we have experienced several broken bones with our kids. As a result, we are frequent customers here. I have always had a wonderful experience. The staff is professional, kind, and supportive. We are thankful for CHOA Sports Physical Therapy!

This is the worst they say it’s first come first serve and they just pass another lady in front of me saying the kid was more sick than mine???? Anyways never coming back

Went in to have my son checked for a staph infection, he had a rash. Doctor came in, looked at rash without touching him, confirmed staph infection, wrote prescription. Next thing I know I receive a bill for over $400!! Insurance paid a portion but I’m now being billed for a balance of $159. If they would have explained how expensive it was going to be we would have left and went somewhere else. Don’t go there unless your bleeding or broken!

We called Friday the 3rd to schedule an appointment, they made an appointment for Thursday 9 when we called they told us the appointment was for Tuesday and called us a liar after we had asked 3x’s about the appointment for Thursday and time. Rudest ppl ever and highly unfriendly for children. Not only that they lied about their location which I can take pictures and post later.
