Did a lot of research prior and they can confirm they are great. Second visit here and probably the best doctor’s visits I have had in a long time. Dr. Stewart and Miranda were super helpful and genuinely caring. All my questions were answered and I given options both visits and appreciated how it never felt like I was overly prescribed any treatment option. All of the other staff like Jackie? and some others were very friendly as well. I also haven’t had a doctor respond as quickly and frequently on the messaging system as I’ve had with them. Thank you

Went for for my first colonoscopy and while some nurses were pleasant a few were borderline rude. I was the last patient of the day and they made me feel rushed. They just called to inform me they needed to cancel my appointment since the doctor would be performing an emergency procedure albeit 2 weeks away and gave me attitude on the phone when I said my rescheduled appointment should take priority and not be pushed out too far. Not a happy patient.

Edit i was finally able to speak with Shelley the Business Manager and she was incredibly helpful. Still a frustrating experience but i appreciate her diligence in getting things resolved. I was told they were experiencing some staff turnover so maybe this was a one off issue. It pains me to leave a negative review because I genuinely appreciated Dr. Meata. However I’ve encountered significant issues with the billing department. I was told I needed to speak with a manager in the billing department but I’ve tried unsuccessfully for 3 weeks to get this individual to return a phone call. Other employees have refused to give me the name or number of another individual I can speak with. It’s unfortunate that instead of working with a client to resolve an issue the office simply refuses to engage. Because of the nature of the issue I am also planning to file a complaint with the BBB. Although the doctors and medical staff are lovely I must issue a word of caution to potential patients regarding their business practices.
