Called to try and book an appointment and they would only book me for “slots” for full body because I needed one thing looked at on my shoulder and one on my toe. They told me I would have to book each separately. I’ve dealt with many dermatology centers and this was so bizarre and unaccommodating

Dr. Richwine was very thorough and kind. She listened to questions and provided detailed information. She goes above & beyond what you might expect from a physician in a busy practice. My family has been going to this group for 10 years, receiving excellent care. They are a wonderful group of professionals. Highly recommend.

Dr. Richwine was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, very respectful and kind. She answered all my questions, with great detail. Her follow-up with results was amazing, making 3 calls until she finally reached me. It's obvious she cares about her patients. My entire family has been going to this office for 10 years. The entire group has always been professional & kind.

Rushed me in and out. Did not answer all of my questions and acted like she did not care. Wait time was great but other than that the visit was horrible.I will be going to see another doctor because obviously my problem was not solved. She had someone standing right in my face with a pen and paper the whole time and made me feel uncomfortable. I was there a total of about 15 minutes and that's including wait time. Had 3 prescriptions given and she said she would come back and explain them more but the next thing i know someone else came in and said we were done and I never seen her again, it's like they kicked me out.
