First time at this doctor. I did everthing I was supposed to do. I filled out the patient information the night before. I reached 30 mins before my appointment. When I got there I checked in and they took me to get XRays. Then I was put in a room to wait for the doctor. The doctor came in barely introduced his name told me to stand up. He did not ask what my issues were he kept talking about rotator cuff. I have no idea why. He told me to push his hand downacross and to try to recreate my pain which I did. In between his rushing I tried to explain my pain. The total amount of time he spent assessing my problem coming to his diagnosis telling me he would give me a prescription was all done within three minutes. This doctor was impersonal showed no empathy did not discuss what might have caused my problem or even give me a guesstimate as to when I should feel better. He was out the door before I could digest his diagnosis and formulate any questions. If you want to feel like just a number for this medical practice to fill its quota then go right ahead. I will have to find another doctor. Hopefully a doctor who has some compasion empathy and who cares about patient satisifaction and outcome. I do not recommend this doctor.

Dr. Jonas operated on my wrist almost 2 months ago. He did an awesome job and I think he has a true gift. The scar is barely visible. My physical therapist is totally impressed too. He told me at the assessment that I can just do exercises at home I hope I never have to see Dr. Jonas again but I will definitely send people his way.

Dr. Jonas was great The office team was as well.

When entering his office the staff was very nice and professional. My appointment was kept within 10 minutes and I was seen by office staff promptly. Once the doctor saw my chart and examined records we finally spoke. I do not feel this was handled well on his part. While not listening to me he wrote only what he wanted. It seemed his mind was not in my best interest but something else. His report did not contain all that we discussed. I left the office feeling two things. 1 I would seek a second opinion 2 I would NEVER trust that man with my children. I would not recommend his treatment facility.

Poor bedside manner.

Dr. Jonas performed carpal tunnel surgery on me less than two weeks ago. He did it in the least invasive manner which left as much tissue intact as possible reducing pain and recovery time. I never needed pain meds and felt significant progress in my hand each day. Yesterday I played guitar with my band for two hours I appreciate his direct no nonsense style. He’s friendly and efficient and doesn’t waste time. His staff is excellent as well. I have no complaints. I give Dr. Jonas my highest recommendation.

He does enough just to get his check

I fell and broke my wrist on a Sunday and a friend recommended Dr. Jonas and was able to see Dr. Jonas by 10 am on Monday morning. I arrived on time and was taken immediately back. My surgery was done on Tuesday morning. Dr. Jonas and his staff were wonderful. Also I experienced very little pain in the days following my surgery. I highly recommend him.
