List of Jill Rossrucker's Reviews
Awful awful Dr and office. She made me feel terrible when I went to see her did not listen to my concerns or questions. I felt rushed and she came across as annoyed and irritated that I was there. I've been waiting almost 3 months for my CPAP machine and when I called the office today the nurse was so rude it must just be that whole place. So glad I won't be going back there. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere and do not go to her office.
My mother- in- law (Retha Silvers) goes to Dr. Rossrucker and loves her. She has been seeing her for a couple of years and has helped her so much. She is very professional and extremely knowledgeable on the treatment and direction of care of my mother- in- law. She would not go to anyone else but her. Highly Recommend Dr. Rossrucker.
The nursing staff was great and Dr. Rossrucker did a very thorough medical history and ordered a battery of tests. The results of the tests were not favorable, so I'm glad Dr. Rossrucker is there to take the necessary steps to correct the condition.
My first and subsequent visits with Dr. Rossrucker went exceptionally well. She was friendly and very down-to-earth, but at the same time professional. I was very pleased with the staff, except for one female at the front desk during a second visit. She insisted I had missed an appt the day before-I assured her that I had not and I was only called that very morning & asked to come in. She was rude, asked me three times my name, dob and why I was there? She never made eye-contact, nor apologized when she learned that I was in fact correct. She really wasn't a good candidate for the front desk. One staffer of her nature in no way affects my overall positive opinion of this office structure and my assuredness that I've found a knowledgeable , great Pulmonary Physician in Dr. Jill Rossrucker!
I'm very happy so far with Dr. Rossrucker and the staff at this location. I'm impressed and delighted at the services they can preform onsite. I would definately recommend Dr. Rossrucker.
Very thorough and caring.
Visits go well and I was very satisfied with the appointments. The doctor and staff are friendly and concerned, I have ultimate confidence in this doctor and her staff.
A good listener. Unlike many doctors, I did not feel as thought she was in a hurry to move on to the next patient.
Dr Rossrucker was the most thorough physician I have ever seen. I am in my 70"s., and a retired health professional myself. She began with taking a very thorough history, listening intently and asking for clarification as needed. Then a physical exam, and lab tests. Resulting in a diagnosis of asthma, which she believed began when I was 19! I have had many allergies, and very frquent upper respiratory infections throughout my life. Placed on medications, I have had 3 colds in 5 years!
Dr Rossrucker has literally saved my husband's life twice. When other doctors, especially cardiologists, kept disregarding the issues my husband was having. She figured out immediately that it was a heart issue and not a pulmonary issue. She scheduled a sonogram and the cardiologist there at Medical Associates saw the issue. She is often blunt and to the point about what you need to do to improve your situation. My husband does not always do what he should, and she's not hesitant to call him out on it. She's not quick to put you on a lot of medications and will talk with you about if the medication will cause more problems than it fixes. After years of Atlanta Allergy and Asthma nonsense, she actually helped him figure out the best meds for him and not the standard ones the other places put him on.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
