Dr. Kaufman was great! He reassured me and had a wonderful "bedside manner". The staff must all love working for him because they were very nice and eager to help. The office itself was lovely with a TV to entertain those waiting to be seen.

It is almost impossible to get a hold of anyone in the Canton office. Dr. Kaufmann was great in the procedure itself, but no one explained that the biopsy would cost so much. I paid less than $300 for the procedure at the office, and later got a bill for almost $3000 just for the labs and for another Dr. to review the labs.

Dr. Kaufman is great. He's friendly and kind especially to the elderly. He does not rush in and rush out, he takes the necessary time with each patient.
