Originally I had given them a 5 star review because the staff was friendly and the service was quick. Now I’m going to have to change that. I received services and was told at the office to pay $115.75 . I get an explanation of benefits from my insurance that says I was only supposed to pay $46.30. I call them and tell them and I get the run around that I have to go though my insurance. Low and behold my insurance tells me that I have to get this corrected through Piedmont. I don’t understand why I’m getting fought for a refund when I was overcharged. On top of it getting someone on the phone is a chore.

The actual building is a little hard to find. You have to turn onto Riverstone Terrace to get to the parking. The staff here were very efficient and friendly.
