I came it for a deep cut on my finger at 11:16am, thought it would go smoothly. Instead I filled out my paperwork, provided an insurance card, and ID, paid my deductible. Then sat in the waiting for over an hour watching others get seen.m after being told there were two ahead of me. The nurse had four people go ahead of me. (4) Not sure why, when i finally do get into the back I am seen for the first time for about 15 minutes( having vitals done). Then transferred to another room for stitches that’s freezing cold . Given a numbing shot as the dr on duty left the room to see others and waited while my finger went numb then long enough for it to wear off. I feel like they were excited about the insurance and was milking my insurance company and my time. After two plus hours I finally got a second dose of numbing medication and then stitches and a tetanus shot and was able to leave. I was not happy with the service because you never truly say anything about what is happening. My insurance should not be a cash cow opportunity.

I had such a great experience. I hadn’t felt so sick in years and didn’t have an appointment. The check in process was quick and I was seen within 10 minutes. Every staff member I came across just wanted to help me and see to it that I felt better. I can’t remember the last time I walked into a clinic where every person looked happy to be there and cared about each patient. The PA was extremely kind and didn’t take any unnecessary tests. She knew the problem and was able to send me on my way. I even called later on with a question and she took my call! I’ve never been able to talk with the PA or doctor directly before, usually just the nurse and that was so refreshing. Thank you all for the incredible care, I am so grateful.

Check in process was fast and they were extremely prompt with my appt time. The exam was efficient and effective and I received great care. I was grateful to get the prescriptions I needed on site, at an affordable price, with hardly any extra wait time at all. It was so helpful to not have to go somewhere else to wait for meds when I felt so terrible. Highly recommend.
