Rob Mcghee's Online Review Report Card

Dr McGhee was very personable, knowledgeable, efficient and funny too. I can’t believe I am saying this, but the entire extraction was a pleasant experience for me. I had a broken root on a molar. Sad to lose the tooth, but sure am thankful for him and his staff. Terry C

I have to agree with the person who said THE PROBLEM IS THE OFFICE AND STAFF. The staff was so rude, I was surprised when McGhee came in and acted human. You get the feeling in that office that even MONEY IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH, I HATE TO USE THIS WORD BUT THEY ARE WITCHES and when someone has a toothache for say a month then they do not appreciate a crew of ill mannered hags who have a little office job having attitudes. I do not guess this company cares about the conduct of their staff but they are highly unprofessional. I left in pain and when the mouthwash and paste he gave me ran out, it was like, "how dare you call us!" when an even larger lump formed on my jawbone, once again, the same thing. I wish on this entire crew a very painful experience equal to mine. Doctors here, they are losing you money that seems to be the main issue. YOU JUST LOST A TOTAL MOUTH OF IMPLANTS FOR YOUR COMPANY!!! I HAVE THE MONEY TOO!!! BUT THEN YOU SAW ONLY NO INSURANCE AND THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. YOU GOT YOUR MONEY BUT YOU WONT GET ANY MORE EITHER WAY!!! Doctors- suppose how much money your staff might have cost you???

Dr. Robert McGhee and his entire staff were the kindest, most genuinely caring and attentive people, I have ever had the great pleasure in meeting. I woyld recommend Dr. Robert to anyone who wants the best.

Dr. McGhee practices with Dr. Stephen Levy and both are excellent caring doctors. The problem is with the business office. Not only do they DEMAND that you pay their ESTIMATED patient responsibility costs up front but they also DEMAND that you come in a week ahead to do it. On my extraction a year ago they missed by nearly $500 and it took months to get the refund. And then the FSA reconciliation process began. The estimate for my son's wisdom teeth to be extracted was $280 and they wouldn't even consider my request to pay when the actual amount was known, ie when the EOB from insurance arrived. We chose to go elsewhere.
