I saw Dr. Starnes today in the Pinnacle Urgent Care for walk-in treatment regarding a possible torn rotator cuff. He was thorough and ended up with a treatment I was hoping to get, so I was completely satisfied. Next week I made an appointment to return to see him about my knees, so that is a good recommendation in my view.

My wait time was very short both in reception and in the exam room. Dr. Starnes seemed thorough and he asked appropriate questions. Diagnosis and reasons for condition were explained so I could understand. Dr. Starnes was very pleasant and easy to talk to.

Dr. Starnes gave good comprehensive care and options for treatment. I opted for surgery and would recommend him for hand surgeries in the future. The practice was easy to deal with and his assistants, med techs and nurses were great.

Dr. Starnes, shared information about my x-rays. He checked my progress after surgery and told me I was doing a good job with my exercises. He also answered my questions and was very personable. I am extremely likely to recommend Dr. Starnes, actually I have already recommended him to my friends.

When I arrived for my appointment concerning a new growth on my wrist, he had already ordered the x-rays he deeded to diagnose it based on the information I had provided when making the appointment. I was taken immediately to the x-ray room, and he was able to make his diagnosis quickly. Three years ago, he successfully repaired my ruptured left triceps tendon.
