Dr Kirby is a very kind, compassionate and Christian doctor. He prays for and with you prior to any procedure(s). My last procedure, he knew I was very nervous. He explained,again, the procedure. He was going to burn some nerves. I said, “you’re not gonna start a fire?” He immediately spoke into his earbuds and had the Billy Joel song, “We didn’t start the fire” playing and he sang while he did the procedure. It eased my nerves so much. He’s not just about a procedure He explains his thoughts about remedies and doesn’t try to push you into anything. VERY THOROUGH!!

First impressions have been good so far. They worked with me to find appointment times that will work with my off times. Not much relief to pain using nerve meds (could’ve told them they wouldn’t work, but having to start all over with new provider means going through the process again). Hoping to get an injection soon and that it will work. Overall pleased with everyone in office.

My first visit I didn’t know what to expect because I was just told pain management and I received paperwork in the mail that was kinda aggressive. But, Dr. Kirby was friendly, so were his helpers… from the from desk on were helpful and full of smiles. Dr. Kirby seems to genuinely care about me obtaining my goals of managing my pain. So… we will see from here :) Only a 4 star because of how the paperwork ...

Dr Kirby was everything and more than I have been told! I really didn't want to go through this process all over again but even with taking nerve medications, my overall pain has not only become worse; it has spread to other areas.
