My wife has chronic bronchitis and occasionally needs antibiotics to get it cleared up. This is Christmas eve and no other place was open . She listened to my wife's lungs and said she didn't feel comfortable treating her. We were here 4 months ago with a different doctor and she prescribed cough syrup and antibiotics. She was better in one day. This person we seen today would not entertain helping her. I think she didn't want to treat her because she was white.

waited for an hour for a simple physical and they didn’t call anyone up within that time and a man told me that he had been waiting for 4 hours to get his prescription because they forgot to send it in

The team at Piedmont Urgent Care are just amazing! They go above & beyond even when they are completely slammed! I appreciate everyone there whom helped & can’t say enough good things! Thank you so much for caring!!!!

Literally the SLOWEST Urgent Care. I’ve been here 3 times now. Waited 1.5 hours the first time, and hour the second, and 30 minutes so far today for a COVID test. The paperwork is lengthy and repetitive. And the testing process makes no sense considering potential COVID carriers are expected to go inside to check in just to be sent back out to do paperwork?? Just use your time somewhere better! I won’t be back.

Went in with a sinus infection and asked for a shot and they would not give me one. Now this is gonna linger all week waiting on the pills to kick in. If you can see the male NP your good. Don’t see the lady it’s a waste of your time. I need a shot !!
