Location was clean. Service was fast and efficient. It was nice to be seen at the appointment time scheduled. Front desk staff wasn’t very friendly but the triage nurse and PA were both nice and explained the process and treatment well.

I had an amazing experience (minus the long wait, but it wasn’t their fault) from the time I walked in to the time I left. The facility was super clean, everyone was so nice and helpful.

My first experience/visit to Piedmont Urgent Care was all the great things. Making an appointment online was easy. I was able to fill all paperwork and scan my insurance and identification from my cell phone. Once there, I was treated kindly and was given answers to my questions and concerns.Thank you!

The staff here is always very friendly and very efficient at their jobs making sure you are in and out in a timely manner. Thankful to have great service close by when we need it!!

Do you want somewhere that will waste your entire day? And send prescriptions to the wrong place? And to not be able to tell you which place? You choose the right place! They can buss Covid tests through the door all day, every minute and have the tests back quicker than they can see someone in actually physically pain. If you have question or problems good luck getting them on the phone or much less answering said question

The medical staff is phenomenal they are so welcoming and caring. They always stay busy but the wait times are not very long. I would always recommend to go here for urgent healthcare.
