got there when they opened at 8 am for son and 1115 they still haven't seen him and said there is 5 people adhead of u so I walked out.

I came to this location to get a physical for work done and the lady with blonde hair was very rude. I walked outside to the kids that were in the car with my sister to bring my nephew into use the bath room and they told me that there would be a 15 minute wait if I went outside. Which was fine I then went to sit down to wait after 48 minutes, the lady said that she still hadn’t even registered me and was very rude about it to begin with. I went to the desk to inform them that I really had to use the bathroom but didn’t want to at the time due to me having to take a drug test in the back. The lady in a very rude way told me that “they called me while I was in the bathroom” she told me I’d be next yet 4 people went after they said I was next. She was very very rude can you get any good help now a days? Come on seriously you’re supposed to be serving the public with that kind of attitude? There’s people out here that really want jobs and need them if you can’t have a attitude better than that go somewhere else to work not dealing with people!!

Worst place I've been too. The wait time is awful and people keep walking in but no one is being called back. Been here for over an hour and less than 5 people have been seen.

What an amazing facility. We had an urgent health matrix while visiting from out of state. The wait times were low, the facility is spotless, the staff is friendly and efficient. They made the process so easy and we’re so helpful! I highly recommend visiting this facility for your urgent care needs!

When my daughter needed stitches at closing time on a Friday night, Dr. Mitchell was happy to see us. The nurses were wonderful! Urgent Care saved us from spending a long night at the ED. Thanks to all!

The doctor is a short little woman that doesn’t listen to you, her credibility is nothing more than a Mayo Clinic diagnosis on google. She probably barely passed community med school with an associates.

I needed a COVID-19 pcr test for travel, the staff was very friendly

I came in for a drug test and it was only 3 people ahead of me and after waiting a hour they allowed 2 people who were at the end of the line to skip over everybody and did not care about those who had been waiting for a while very UNPROFESSIONAL
