We love this office! Beth and Holly are AMAZING and so knowledgeable. I am so thankful to have such a great pediatric office to take my kids to close to home. Tanner MyChart is so convenient too. Keep up the good work!

This office is absolutely ridiculous when it comes to answering the phone and waiting for the doctor once you get into a room I run. You wait for 3 hours for the doctor to come in for 20 minutes. You wait on the phone for 30 minutes sometimes More just to make or cancel an appointment or to get any information at.I understand they are busy but how is covid the reason for such a long wait to get someone on the phone ? The front desk is never so busy when I am in the office that I can understand way I wait 30 plus mins on hold.I love my sons doctor shes wonderful but I will be looking got a new office

If it were possible to give a 0 rating, I absolutely would. This practice is absolutely terrible with scheduling whether just for a wellness check or a sick visit. Absolutely ridiculous.11/12/2021 Edit: Even with MyChart, I can't get a staff member to respond to my requests for a sick appointment (as if there isn't a time stamp showing the exact moment that a staff member opened the message). Preposterous.

Seriously…can someone explain how covid is the reason no one answers the phone to make an appointment?! I see feedback on other reviews stating staff has been hired to manage the call volume, however, I’m still waiting for over 30 minutes (just to be told we can “be worked in”) and I call as soon as the office opens. I also see that everyone is told to utilize MyChart. When I’ve done this I either 1) didn’t receive a response back or 2) it took them DAYS to respond in which they changed my daughter’s appointment and I didn’t even know it until the office called to confirm the appointment the day before. Make it all make sense. We love the doctors in this practice, but will have to find a new pediatrician if something doesn’t change with scheduling. I don’t need a practice manager reaching out to tell me the same things that have been told to other patients. I’m not the one that needs to be talked to regarding this issue. I don’t get paid to work in the practice or manage the business. And clearly, nothing is changing even with the horrible reviews they continue to receive.

Dr. Coleman is hands down the best pediatrician in the area. She always takes time to make sure each of my girls are taken care of during each visit. She has their best interest in mind. Thank you Dr. Coleman.

Dr Manley is the best! I would wait all day for my child to see her. She is personable and truly provides the best care possible! We love Tanner Carrollton.

They refused to care for my child witch lead to her being hospitalized for almost a week in ICU. This is one of the worst places to ever take your child. They should be shut down for refusing care and Misdiagnosing kids.

Not at all pleased with the wait time it takes to make an appointment. The doctors there are great but THIS is ridiculous.

Overall just poorly run - same day sick appointment policy that does not support working parents, unacceptable waiting times to make an appointment to then be told they are at capacity, etc. I would recommend better resourcing and/or operating like it’s 2021.

Love the doctors but always waiting for over an hour to even see the doctor. Very hard to get a sick appointment
