Nothing has been done to address my mother-in-law's pain levels despite the single nurse visit every week. They know about her pain and they say there is nothing that can be done about it. This is NOT what hospice is supposed to be about. Its supposed to be about quality of life in the time she has left. No one comes out to check on her or my elderly father-in-law, who is her full time caregiver. We dont get ANY kind of support when we call to ask for help or a nurse visit. All the nurse does is check her vitals, record it, and drop off supplies with no information on how to use anything. I would never recommend this company until they fix their issues. They may have earned their five stars 2 or 3 years ago but they arent even worth one star right now.

The nurses and cnas (Assistants) are the most wonderful, compassionate, caring people I have ever met. I will always be grateful for the care and respect they showed for my husband and our entire family. I highly recommend this facility.

What a wonderful service provided to our loved one. When curative care is neither their wish, or going to increase their quality of life, a transition to hospice care is one of the greatest gifts you can provide. The Assured Hospice facility is beautiful, with an attentiveness from the nursing staff that simply cannot be found anywhere else. Our loved one was calm, pain free and surrounded by love for the last bit of their life. Thank you!

My mother has been in there now for a week. The place is beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff is AMAZING!!! I highly recommend this facility.

My grandmother was cared for here for over two weeks and our family practically moved in to be with her. The nurses and assistants treated us like their own family. When I say it felt like home to us, I really am sincere. It was a horrible time for us as a family to be losing our sweet lady but the team at Assured truly took care of us all. They turned a really traumatic event into loving, memorable, quality time for us. Thank you so much for all you do for your patients and their families. I don't know how you do it day in and day out, but our family is so very grateful for you all. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

My friend uncle passed away this week, and the entire staff was beyond helpful!! They made it easy for the family and it was so peaceful!!

We had been here 12 days my best friend passed of cancer on the 29th. She was placed in the ocean themed room which was perfect as she loved the beach. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. All the staff were so caring and amazing. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your support through mine and the family's difficult time.

We have been here a week my boyfriends father passed of liver cancer. Today was also my boyfriend's 50th birthday. I prayed that God wouldn't take him on this day but he did. This place is so beautiful and the staff was amazing. I have nothing but good things to say about this place . Each room has a different theme. I would only suggest that they add a biker room for those that love to ride like his father did . Thanks to all the kind and loving staff for all your help and support through our family's difficult time. Bless you all!!
