Grandma D really has done well at this facility. The staff is so nice and very interactive with all the residents. The front porch is always full of residents socializing, the main area is always a few games of cards going on and the garden area is a great place to watch the birds play. If you are looking for a rehab/nursing facility you should stop in and check things out!

I have called there 5 times today. Phone was only answered once. The lady transferred me to I don't know who because they never answered either. I do not live in Georgia but i am calling to check the status of my sister, Marcia Perry. I tried to leave a message but i am not sure if it went through or not. No one called me back. I will keep trying but this is terrible service. Sister is in room 102

Everyone welcomed me with a smile as I walked in—it was such a pleasant surprise, especially considering what people often say out there! The environment was very clean and well-maintained. My orientation was extremely exciting with Jasmine. We were served lunch, and the Chef was very professional. The Director of Nursing even came out to ensure everything was running smoothly. I was very pleased with all the staff at Cartersville Nursing. Keep up the great work!

Health care in America is cruel and it’s a shame that older people aren’t taken care of better. But I will give much credit and gratitude to the staff. My wife was there for three weeks with a broken hip. Allen was great and Sara the physical therapist was very competent. The staff in general was very caring under less than ideal circumstances. My wife is home now recovering well. Thankfully there are still good people in the world.

I feel that the patients are blessed to have such wonderful meals prepared daily from a staff that does a great job. The area receives such excellent care and is very pleasing.
