Dr Pesson performed a TKR on me in September 2019 at Cartersville Medical. He damaged a nerve during the surgery. Now my calf stays numb and Im in constant pain. This was my first surgery and now Im in worse condition than before. My quality of life has been severly altered. I cannot walk without using a walker. The walker has caused pain in my upper body put callouses on my hands and limits my overall mobility. He said it was scar tissue and would heal with time??? Its been a year and a half and nothing has changed except for increased pain. I paid in full for a Professional and trusted he would follow the Hippocratic oath however this was NOT the result anyone would expect. Im sad to say Im NOT the only one that he has failed.

April 2019 Worst bed side manner I have ever seen Terrible surgeon I was unable to walk for 6 months and had to have a second surgery. Thank God I got a second opinion and had a competent surgeon who had me walking the next day. DO NOT let him do surgery on you He just about ruined my life

Dr Pesson is the worse surgeon in Cartersville Georgia He did a knew replacement on my mom and shes in worse shape than before surgery. I swear to God on my life Dr. Pesson. If I had the power to take your Licenses I would You couldnt even speak with my mother after her surgery Thats how you know you fuked up. I hope something happens in your family and you feel this same pain you put on my mother.

The profession has passed Dr. Pesson by. He operated in my Achilles tendon and it took three complaints of severe calf pain for him to order an ultrasound to determine I had blood clots. His first diagnosis was that my cast was rubbing against the calf muscle. I quick Google search would have told him what he shouldve known immediately. Now Im on blood thinners for six months and will be susceptible to clots for the rest of my life. Nice guy but not a good surgeon.

I suffered many months had to go to aide of cane just to walk. Dr. Pesson gave me asssurrance and confidence that replacement would end the pain and serve me well.I am very heavy framed and weigh 360lbs. He handled me well I was walking the next morning...Dr. Pesson not set up performed and worked the surgery process well... he took personal interest in the post op and got very involoved with thenursing staff to get me the attention I needed...I had two occassions prior to the surgery where I was in intense pain and my knee locked in flexed position. Dr. Pesson who is also my client came to my office and treated me to alleviate the situation.He is that kind of professional and he is one of the most experienced and knowlegable Orthopedic surgeons in Atlanta
