Terrific surgeon, staff and review process.

I have had neck pain for years. Over time it gradually got more painful and intrusive. Dr. Cha was recommended to me. I was diagnosed with spondylitis with narrowing of the epidural and two herniated discs, pinched nerves, etc. My pain was on the left side. I did everything I was told including quitting cigarettes a few months be fore surgery. December 2020 Dr Cha performed a two level discectomy and fusion. I am currently experiencing tremendous amounts of pain, now mostly on my right side. The left side of my neck usually feels better. But it does get very stiff. Now my right shoulder blade hurts bad. He told me I need another ACDF due to an additional herniated disc. He offered no explanation why since surgery and everyday since my right shoulder blade hurts. I am out of work. I had no problems with his staff. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Dr. Cha's office is untouchable. Doesn't answer or return calls.

Provided good care until promised follow-up. You can't talk to a person if you call. Doctor's assistant said to call if the pain returned to receive another prescription previously affective, but you can only leave a message which (twice) is not returned.

2017 lumbar surgery w/ Dr Cha My surgery very successful & would highly recommend this doctor! Cartersville Medical Center was so much better than having knee replacement at Piedmont Hospital Atl!! Staff at CMC actually cared & tried very hard to make my surgical experience as good as possible. I’ve also spoken with others who had neck or back surgery performed by Dr Cha and have heard only positive results!
