I have been calling the office for a couple days no one has answered or returned a call. I signed release forms for my son FOUR WEEKS AGO and yall still have yet to send it to the new dentist🙄 we have had so many issues with this place, but it to be four weeks and this office not send over paper work or return a call is ridiculous!

Staff was super friendly! My assistant was Kelly Betancourt and she made me feel at ease! She held a great conversation with me and was super funny! She was amazing! Dr. Booker was also very friendly, we even had going to UGA in common and made great conversation about that! Along my way out, I spoke to numerous lovely dentists and overall it was just a very welcoming and lovely place! I recommend 1000x.

Very friendly staff. Made my 3 kids feel comfortable. Explained what they were gonna do and why and also went over the treatment plan that will be needed.

Such a beautiful place. And the staff is exceptionally polite and sweet. Only reason why I didn’t go for a full 5 stars is the wait. Why make an appointment if you don’t actually keep the appointment. Made the appointment several weeks ago and they asked if he’d be missing school or late to school and I said yes. Well appointment was at 9:30, even arrived early like your supposed too. And 10:15 finally rolls around and they just now called my child back.I understand that short staffing is the new normal everywhere, but adjustments need to be made and not over booking should be highly recommended.
