Urology in Cartersville is and has been an answer to an unspoken prayer Brandi Marie and the team went over and beyond with helping me to understand the issues I was dealing with. I now have a very professional team that I highly recommend By the way I live 30 minutes away That’s how good they are

First appt with Dr Proctor went well. He seems very knowledgeable and kind. We have a plan to work on getting a diagnosis. My only complaint is that he was not interested in hearing my history from me. He was more concerned on getting through his questions. With his tests though I guess my history is moot if we find that I was misdiagnosed all these years of problems.

I have been seeing Dr. Proctor and Brandi for 20+ years... I have tremendous flair ups with my IC at times and they are always there to help get me back on track... They are always very professional and compassionate to me...I would highly recommend these Doctors to anyone...

Dr. Proctor is a great doctor so dont get me wrong but when called back to the exam room waiting for 3545 minutes he comes in and starts making business and personal phone calls. Very unprofessional. One in particular he called his booking agent and was asking what time on that next monday should he arrive at the hospital for a surgery when he should have made that call and others before or after seeing his patients. First couple of times I saw him for kidney stones he set up lithotripsy. This last time he had his p.a. tell me to see my primary care physician to deal with the pain and wouldnt treat the kidney stones any further because he couldnt see exactly where they were in my kidneys due to too much gas buildup. Instead he should have told his p.a. to tell me to take something for the gas buildup and then make another appointment and get another xray to further help me. At least their staff is nice. Will not be going back. I will find a better urologist who puts their patients first.

Terrible they have no respect for their patients when it comes to your time. Everytime Ive been there Ive had to wait an unrealistic amount of time to see the doctor. This was after my scheduled appointment time. If they would worry a little more about their patients time it would be a much better experience.

I find Dr. Proctor and Brandi to be very professional and knowledgeable. I traveled over 80 miles to Cartersville for help. Been suffering with IC for over three years.Thank you all for your help
