Doesn’t take insurance that they are supposed to. My insurance company keeps directing me to them but yet every time I call I am told they won’t see me. You need to update your providers so that people won’t waste their time.

I was sad to hear about Dr.Smiths Health problems. He is a wonderful Dr. any I truly miss him. I was a little nervous to to see anyone else until I saw his nurse practitioner. She is so knowlageble and thorough and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable and at ease. Making it a good transitionThe staff is friendly and efficient which made it a good transition also.

I will never go to this doctor anymore all because of the front desk receptionist she called an hour before I had to come in for an appointment and rudely stated that I said I would pay them on the day of I replied I never said that what I said was I recently was in a car accident and didn't get paid for a week I will pay when I can no sympathy I know it's your job to call on ur payments but if u know I'm coming In know I was in a car accident don't have me bc ppl r trying VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Dr Culpeper was very nice and professional . On time and was very easy to discuss any concerns . I was very please with him and his staff.

Stay away. This may be the same number as Dr. Smith's office but it is horrible. I called them 17 times to speak to someone. Left voicemail, no call backs. When I finally talked to a person, she was beyond rude. They obviously could care less about customer service. I tried to explain what was wrong and they just talked over me and wouldn't let me finish a sentence. This is not an office you want to use if you are looking for a physician that cares Stay Away!!!

Best experience I have had with a Doctors office. Wesley was great helping me. The front desk was so friendly as was all the staff. Dr. Culpepper just made the experience wonderful! I recommend North Atlanta Primary Care in Cartersville to everyone looking for primary care.

Would recommend this office to anyone!The front staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They made the check in and paperwork process so easy! I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door.The doctor was very personable and thorough! I felt like he really cared about his profession and wanted to make my visit as good as possible.The overall vibe in the office was so friendly and relaxed. It felt like I was a part of their family!Will only use this location in the future!

Very friendly staff, they see you in a timely manner and make feel comfortable and at ease. Answer any questions and explain everything to you.

I’ve been a patient here for many years (as have other family members.) I have really tried to be understanding of the change to North Atlanta PC but it seems every interaction with the new staff is unpleasant. I had a late afternoon appointment today (rescheduled because the office had COVID19 on my last appointment.). I came in the morning to get my blood drawn so I could break the fast (which they’ve always allowed in the past.). I was told by the person at the front check in that I had to wait and have it done at the time of my appointment. I was not informed of this change (which seems unreasonable since they don’t even get the lab results back in time for the appointment.) This is just one more irritating experience on top of several months of transition from Dr. Smith. You can never get anyone on the phone.

I normally only leave reviews when I am really happy with customer service, but we have decided to leave this practice.We had been seeing Dr. Benny Smith and Lorna Whatley and they were great! Dr. Benny Smith sold the practice. We were unable to keep in touch with this practice, because no one picked up the phone.When we had to go to the office to be able to talk with anyone the front office clerk was not helpful and basically threw up her hand to say basically "talk to the hand" when clearly it was their lack of customer service on their part.Many previous patients are not happy with the service of this practice.
