Kate R Raymond's Online Review Report Card

Ive been seeing Dr. Raymond for over 10 years. She always takes the time to listen and works with me to address my concerns. When I have a questionconcern outside of my office visit I can always reach her through the patient portal and receive a response within a matter of hours. I currently live an hour away but still make the drive because shes an outstanding primary care doctor that truly cares about her patients.

I trust Dr. Raymond to work with me to manage my health. She questions me and works with me to develop a health plan that works for me. She is my cheerleader when things are going well and advises me of changes I need to make when necessary. She is always respectful and courteous and appointments are scheduled without a wait of more than 10 minutes. I very much appreciate having her on my health team.

Dr Is a wonderful doctor who genuinely cares for her patients. I have been with her for over 10 years and I can tell you she is the absolute best.

Have been seeing Dr Raymond about 20 years . Terrific Doctor who truly cares about her patients.

The front office will never answer the phone. You get put on hold by the computer and no one will answer. I have called repeatedly all day long and still cant get anyone to answer the phone. It usually takes several days before I can actually set an appointment.

I initially chose Dr Raymond because she is a DO and can do acupuncture to help with pain control but she has been an outstanding primary care physician. She is responsive on the Patient Portal and the communications has often saved me a visit as well as a considerable amount of time. She spends more time listening and getting to know you than most doctors. Her nurses are helpful and friendly and are also very responsive on the portal.

I Love Her she is the BEST doctor I ever had I give her and the staff 5 stars you will not find better EXCELLENT

This doctor is very professional. She has great bedside manners and ask the right questions. I am thinking about going somewhere else because the staff is poor. They repeat personal information in a loud voice for all around to hear which is really rude. The staff is cold and reluctant to help. Its not a nice feeling to get through them for a physical. The right staff will make or break a doctor because some of us will leave a good doctor to find a little customer service too. Its also hard to get an appointment when you need one.

Dr. Osterloh has no beside manner if fact she was snobbish and rude. She did not spend enough time with me and misdiagnosed my ailment. I felt very uncomfortable to be in her presence. Overall a very bad experience with her.
